重庆两江协同创新区西格玛空间 :
重庆作为一座山城,山地是最重要特征和载体。我们从一开始就摒弃传统的削峰填谷处理方式,而是以 山地作为
营造元素,采用“顺势营造”的设计理念,通过与山地共融的方式来探索空间和体验的新可能 项目位于两江新区创新区,
为新区建设指挥中心提供办公,餐饮,展示等功能。我们 将餐饮服务,办公,展厅三个功能组团根据功能属性,沿山
势标高错位布置,最大限度减少土方调整, 同时每个功能组团景观视野互相不遮挡,下一层的屋顶同时也是上一层的
平台。
重庆两江协同创新区融合创新中心 :
在重庆两江协同创新的深化设计中,都设一改传统山地建筑“吊脚楼”的传统思维,以“重塑山形”为出发点,保 持
原有山体的轮廓,建筑围山而建,成为山体的外扩,从而保持了原生态的地形地貌,从而探索出山地建筑 的一条新
的道路。 本年度进行了办公楼及酒店区全方面的设计深化及与各专业顾问的整合。除了确定幕墙形式及外墙材料外,
都设更提供其强大的精细化设计能力,于图纸及模型中反覆推敲幕墙节点,优化各幕墙系统。
重庆两江协同创新区十期企业总部基地 :
重庆两江协同创新区企业总部基地,位于新区东侧中部,围绕青山绿水,开放共享,生态智能等关键点进行设计。
基于对山地坡度高差等分析,通过整山,理水,车库填谷等方法,构成地块平台,并以空中连廊重新定义地面,并在
地面规划生态步道,穿梭于山林水涧,串联山顶剧场、亲水平台等生态休闲场所,塑造出“内院开窗见绿,外绕山清水
秀”的生态园区形象。在建筑上,将重庆四大特色:通、透、露、挑,融入到设计中,通过立体交通串联,塑造重庆第
一个无缝沟通的天空之城 – Linkup Park。

As a mountainous city, Chongqing's hilly area is the most important feature and medium. From the very beginning, we have
abandoned the traditional approach of cutting the peaks and filling the valleys, but instead adopted the design concept of \"creating with
the momentum\", exploring new possibilities of space and experience through the way of communion with the mountains. The project is
located in the innovation zone of Liangjiang Collaborative Zone, providing office, catering and exhibition functions for the construction
command center of the new area. The 3 clusters of building spaces for catering, working and exhibition are staggered along the different
elevations of the mountain according to their functional attributes to minimize the earthwork, while the landscape view of each cluster is
not blocked by each other, and the roof of the lower level is also the platform of the upper level.
DuShe changed the traditional thinking of \"hanging foot tower\" of traditional mountain architecture, and took \"reshaping the mountain\"
as the starting point to keep the original contour of the mountain, and the building was built around the mountain, becoming the outward
expansion of the mountain, thus maintaining the original ecological topography. In order to maintain the original topography and
landscape, we have explored a new way of mountain architecture. This year, we developed the design of the office building and hotel
area and collaborated with various consultants. In addition to defining the curtain wall form and exterior wall materials, the Dushe design
team also provided its strong refinement capabilities by repeatedly refining the curtain wall details in drawings and models to optimize the
curtain wall systems.
The headquarters of companies in Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Zone is located in the middle of the east side of the new
area, and is designed around the key points of green mountains and water, openness and sharing, and ecological intelligence. Based
on the analysis of the slope and height difference of the mountainous area, the platform of the site is formed through the whole mountain,
water management, garage and valley filling methods, and the ground is redefined by the sky corridor. Ecological trails are also planned
on the ground, shuttling through the mountains, forests and streams, linking ecological leisure places such as the Peak Theater and the
waterfront platform, creating an ecological park image of \"greenery in the inner courtyard and clear water around the outside hill\". In
the architectural aspect, the four characteristics of Chongqing are integrated into the design: transparency, translucency, exposure, and
elevation, and through the three-dimensional transportation linkage, the first seamlessly communicating sky city in Chongqing - Linkup Park.
