1,600 km long southwest travelling ring route (Kunming-Yuxi-Honghe-Pu’erXishuangbanna-Lincang-Chuxiong) is linked with the 1,600km long northwest
travelling ring route (Dali-Lijiang-Diqing-Nujiang-Baoshan-Dehong) to form an
“8-shaped” travelling ring route, and several small travelling ring routes are formed
within the greater travelling ring route.
大滇西旅游环线在原有 1600 公里西北环线（大理—丽江—迪庆—怒江—
保山—德宏）基础上，新增 1600 公里西南环线（昆明—玉溪—红河—
普洱—西双版纳—临沧—楚雄），形成“8 字形”大环线，同时在大环线
