Principal’s Message

Welcome new students and their families to AIDI Junior and Senior High School!

AIDI Junior and Senior High School are very special parts of the AIDI family, which caters to students from 3

to 18 years old. AIDI Junior and Senior High School services approximately 1600 students from grade seven

to twelve with 410 staff members. 

As a reputable international school in bei Jing we have strive to provide various pathways for students, such

as A level courses, AP courses, BTEC art courses, and IGCSE courses.

We strive to produce young learners with creativity, open mindsets, as well as kindness. we set different

learning target for different cohort. 1-3 graders will spend more of their time to explore how learning

happens, how to get along with others, and understand what they can do. 4-6 graders will more focus on

building their analysis skills, logic thinking, and team work.

Our teachers and staff set high expectations for our students, and focus on helping them find what they are

truly interested in and find a meaningful goal to pursue. In addition to our core curriculum, we offer physical

education, performing arts, visual arts, programming, 3D printing, as well as excursion. Each child will be

involved in a well-planned, diverse curriculum where excellence is valued, and there will be support from

the whole AIDI family. We foster the social and emotional well-being of our students by developing skills of

being organization, confidence and resilience. We trust their learning journey in AIDI will enrich their

characteristic and strengthen their ability to meet the further challenges of study ahead.

Education is a joint venture between school and the family, positive academic outcomes cannot be

achieved without a healthy involvement from family members. We very much appreciate the support from

the parents, and will work closely to help our kids to reach their academic and social learning goals.

As a pioneer of international education in China, Aidi Education Group has developed its international

education program over the past twenty years, monitoring different levels of K-12 student developmental

achievements in differing educational models in both China and the West. The Student Affairs Department

at Aidi School consequently established the Moral Education Centre. The center is responsible for student

courses, training, evaluation, and feedback, and cultivating globally minded students with all-round talents.

The Moral Education Center collaborates with the Activity Organization Center to achieve greater student

advancement in overall knowledge and practice.

Adhering to our four core values, and the eight points for core competencies, and using diversified

educational ideas based on general educational theory, the school promotes students’ interdisciplinary

thinking, which leads to them thinking about the world from multiple perspectives. This lays a solid

foundation for students to develop their own innovative consciousness in channeling their abilities, so truly

discovering and understanding themselves. Aidi School is committed to fostering students with excellent

moral qualities and comprehensive knowledge, as future global citizens

The Moral Education Center runs class meetings with special themes, with student-centered learning as the

main teaching style. Classroom activities include team work, discussions, self-learning, summarizing, and

auxiliary multimedia teaching, with an appropriate amount of outdoor themed activities. This educational

style aims to stimulate students’ learning motivation, promote healthy academic growth, and achieve a

well-rounded moral education, combining theory with practice, demonstration with discussion, and general

study with specialized studies.

The academic curriculums created by the Beijing Aidi School academic teams follow principles which

encourage the physical and mental development of students to the fullest extent. The characteristics of

students’ development, from the imaginary to the abstract, to perceptive conceptual knowledge and

rational understanding, to logical and systematic thought, are the priority. Curriculum topics are tailored

for overall knowledge in general education, with the depth of course content designed for ease of

progression, and a scope of knowledge that gradually widens as each term proceeds. Teaching content

focuses on the fields of the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and arts and culture, and in

building knowledge from a global perspective. Importantly, course content is designed to foster global

citizens who will live and work in a culturally diverse world, vastly different from their own.

育中心,全面负责国际中学的通识教育课程研发及课程培训、评估、反馈,为培养国际竞争需要的全面型

人才服务。德育教育中心与活动组织中心通力配合,努力打造“知行合一”式的认知与实践平台。

坚持学校“四个学会、八项核心素养”的培养理念,秉承多元化、一贯制的教育思想,以德育素质课、家

庭教育指导为主要依托,构建学生跨学科思维方式与知识结构,引领学生从多元视角思考世界;为学生发

展创新意识夯实基础,为学生发现自我优势提供渠道,为学生真正了解自我搭建良好平台;致力于培养学

德育教育中心以主题班会、通识课、家长课堂、家长沙龙为主要授课平台,打造学生和家长为主体教师为

主导的授课模式。以课堂活动、小组合作、讨论交流、自主探究、总结升华为主要授课方式,以多媒体教

学为辅助教学工具,配以适量的户外主题活动,旨在激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生健康成长和家庭教育提

升,真正做到理论与实践相结合、演示与讨论相结合、通识与专业相结合的全方位德育教育。

爱迪学校通识课程内容设置遵循学生身心发展的规律,充分考虑学生的思维发展特点,即由形象思维向抽

象思维发展,由感性认识向理性认识发展,由随机思维向逻辑思维发展,由碎片思维向系统思维发展的基

本特点;课程题目充分体现通识教育的整体知识体系,课程内容深度由浅入深逐渐递进,知识面逐渐扩展

开。教授内容注重在人文学科、社会学科、自然学科、艺术文化等领域展开,注重从全球视野范围搭建知

From years of moral education experience Aidi School has found that intuitive and vivid activities cultivate

positive student behaviors, equip the students with the courage to be brave and the spirit of perseverance,

and help them to face failure and frustration with equanimity. To this end, Aidi School’s Department of

Student Affairs has established the Activity Organization Center, which is responsible for all the activities of

the International High School. It carefully designs and organizes attractive moral education activities with

fresh content and novel forms according to its educational objectives and the appropriate developmental

With rapidly developing minds and bodies, middle school students have significantly enhanced their

self-awareness and demonstrated strong autonomy in their ability to think and act independently. The

Activity Organization Center focuses on health, an active personality, diligence, organizational leadership,

the characteristics of the age and developmental level of the students and their own personalities.

New Year Singing Competition

New Year's Gala

As a traditional event, Sports Day, which combines sports and culture, is held annually in warm and

pleasant April. It is a wonderful chance for teachers and students to cooperate and interact.

The Summer Carnival, which is held in June, includes displays of various talents, and encourages staff and

In December each year the New Year Singing Competition motivates students to take part in musical and

creative teamwork. It is also a great platform for improving students’ musical talent and skills.

The school holds a New Year's Gala every December to enhance the relationships between students and

teachers. Through their performances students are able to improve their ability to express themselves.

Through organizing the event and programming, students' organizational, collaborative and interpersonal

skills are developed and their collective spirit enhanced.

Graduation Ceremony

Graduation Ceremonies are held each year and are arranged according to the graduation times of the

different faculties. For students, the graduation ceremony is extremely important; it is symbolic of progressing

in life and becoming independent adults. It is a summary and recognition of the entire secondary school

Aidi Music Association

The Music Association of Beijing Aidi School is committed to providing a platform for students with musical

interests and talents to communicate and perform, so that students can enjoy the fun of music after school.

Songs are the most intuitive way to express human feelings. Choir Club is dedicated to performing the most

Students also feel the power of sound by appreciating these classic choruses from home and abroad. More

meaningfully, during the process, not only do students develop an awareness of teamwork, the importance

of working in harmony, but also learn to feel the richness of music through the resonance of different vocal

parts. Choir Club is integral to the school's literary and artistic activities, and it offers opportunities for travel,

exchange, and studying abroad. Our aim is to let every student express his or her own voice with confidence,

Chinese-Style Academy includes: 1. The Intangible Cultural Heritage Arts and Crafts Club is one of the student

associations. While learning intangible cultural heritage art, students will be combining designs into new

heritage\" uses ritual and music to transform people, and is a precious wealth of culture. It has been born,

Visual Communication Design Academy

Aidi V· Design Studio

The Aidi V· Design Studio is made up of a group of teachers and students who love designing and hand

crafting, and are bursting with creativity and innovation. The studio covers six areas: fashion and textile

design, graphic and illustration design, metal and jewelry design, environmental and artistic design,

interactive media design, and architecture and landscape design. Initial courses arranged by the studio

are all related to fashion design. Other specialized courses such as jewelry design, leather goods craft,

and industrial design will be provided in due course according to student interest.

Visual Communication Design Academy has built a professional aesthetic education platform that

includes fine arts (pure painting, printmaking, illustration, rock painting, murals, animation, etc.), art history

theory (fine arts, Chinese and Western art history), design (visual communication design, digital media art,

sculpture art, model assembly, life product design, jewelry and clothing design, art and design theory,

Aidi Comic and Anime Club

The Aidi Comic and Anime Club claims to be a group of benevolent, passionate, and handsome members

performances! We hope to express our personality and emotions through the medium of street dance, and at

the same time show the cohesion and creativity of the team. In order to improve dance skills and stage

performance capabilities, members communicate, learn, help, and encourage each other, forming a

cohesive and united community. The activities will be held regularly, and include various dance training,

exchange seminars, dance competitions and performances, etc. Students will share what they have learned

by collaborating, motivate each other, and grow together. 2. The establishment of the dance club aims to

learning ability through observation, analysis, comparison and performance. Through the study and practice

Aidi Peking Opera Studio

Chinese traditional opera is a unique art form and Aidi Traditional Opera Club is where students can gain

the knowledge of opera theory by attending lectures, such as Figures and Singing Segments, and Classic

Appreciation, and by attending performances, which aim to carry forward the Chinese traditional performing arts and boost students' confidence and belief in their traditional culture, which they will carry with them

Aidi TV Station is affiliated to Beijing Aidi School Students Organization. Since Aidi TV Station was founded

in 2012, it has stuck to our mission of \"Provision of trustable filaments that meet Aidi's teachers and 

students' needs\". It also offers sufficient cooperation with the school's official website, Weibo, WeChat

and other public accounts platforms, to carry out broadcasting work on the school events and to report 

campus news, showing the enriched life of both teachers and students. So far it has formed a relatively 

mature system including news writing, editing, reports, interviewing, and broadcasting. All reports, broadcasting, and the Annual Staff Meeting are scheduled and played on the official school Weibo and

Aidi Host Club

Hosting Club is the only student community in Aidi School that focuses on cultivating and directing

Aidi Shakespeare Theatre

Aidi Shakespeare Theatre is a comprehensive professional practice venue. It provides opportunities not

only for acting, but also for scriptwriting, directing, stage design, lighting, styling and costume design,

makeup, stage management, and sales and marketing management in an actual theater. Moreover,

Aidi Shakespeare Theatre provides regular classes on theater knowledge and performance practice, and

organizes various small and medium-sized theatrical performances in addition to at least two large-scale

performances each year, one a Chinese drama and another an English drama. This theatre provides a

stage for honing a range of skills for each and every cast and club member who wishes to participate.

The Diplomatic College, based on the United Nations and the whole human society, will explore issues

such as politics, economics, social culture and psychology. We will provide enough space for students to

improve their international perspectives, public speaking abilities, leadership, communicating and logical

abilities. This college could accept clubs which include but are not limited to MUN, public speaking,

debate, languages, social cultures and international volunteers.

Diplomatic College

Beijing Aidi School Model United Nations Association

Beijing Aidi School Model United Nations Association, is dedicating to cultivating students’ ability and spirit

in caring about the world issues, critical thinking, academic exploration, public speaking and debating

skills. Now the students are mainly from grade 7 to 12. Students could have opportunities here to learn

MUN Rules of Procedures, thinking skills in public speaking and debate, and participate in MUN conferences. Those training will then improve students’ comprehensive strength and international horizons in the

end.

Aidi Public Speaking and Debate Club

Aidi Public Speaking and Debate Club aims to develop skills in communication, logic, and reasoning.

Students refine diction, articulation, and enunciation while applying more advanced techniques of public

speaking. Students also refine researching, argumentation, questioning, and rebuttal skills in debates.

Students exhibit personal responsibility through independent learning as well as team/collaborative

responsibility through participation in team debates. Students are expected to participate in national and

international speech and debate competitions such as the World Scholar's Cup.

Aidi Japanese Club

Aidi Japanese Club aims to improve students' interest in Japanese, and cultivate students' basic listening,

speaking, reading, and writing skills. Within one semester, students can reach the stage of daily conversation. Additionally, it can deepen students' understanding of Chinese and Japanese culture, politics, economy, etc., and expand students' horizons.

Students will be able to:

• Understand daily conversations and understand the general idea by searching for keywords.

• Express different opinions through group cooperation and presentations.

• Read basic Japanese articles, such as diaries.

• Write basic essays, such as introducing themselves or introducing their family and friends.

奥斯卡学院旗下设立莎士比亚社团,是一个综合性的职业实践场所,除演员外,还提供编剧、导演、舞美、

灯光、造型和服装设计、化妆、舞台经理、销售和市场经理等实际剧场中存在的任何一种职业实践机会。

定期提供戏剧知识和表演实践的讲座,并组织各种中小型的戏剧表演,每年至少两次大型表演(包含一次

模拟联合国社团

本着培养学生关心世界、理性思考、学术探索、演讲辩论和求知的精神,以及解决实际问题的能力,北京

爱迪学校模拟联合国社团主要以7-12年级学生为主体,为符合条件的学生提供全套的模拟联合国规则流程

培训,国际热点时事辩论,以及参加校内外模拟联合国大会的机会,全方位的提升学生们的综合素质,培

养具有国际化视野的青年才俊。

外交官学院立足于联合国以及整个人类社会,探究政治、经济、社会文化、心理等相关社会问题,为学生

们提供充足的空间,提升学生们的国际视野、锻炼语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力、人际交往能力与领导力。

该研究院可以有下可以申请包含但不限于以下社团:模拟联合国社团、演讲、辩论、各国语言类,人文社

科类社团、以及国际志愿者等社团。

英文演讲及辩论社

爱迪演讲及辩论社旨在培养学生的沟通、逻辑和推理能力。学生将在学习英语演讲技巧的过程中提高自己

的措辞和发音。学生还将在学习英语辩论的过程中提高自己的研究、论证、提问和反驳能力。学生将进行

系统的个人学习和和团队训练。社团成员将优先参加国内外的演讲和辩论比赛,如世界学者杯。

日语社

爱迪日语社的目标是为了提高学生对日语的兴趣,培养学生基本的听、说、读、写能力。 并且通过一个

学期的教学,学生可以达到日常会话的阶段。与此同时,加深学生对中日文化、政治、经济等的理解,拓

展学生的视野。具体来说,学生可以通过搜索关键字来理解日常对话并理解大意。可以通过小组合作和演

示表达不同意见。学生可以简单地阅读基本的日语文章,丰富学生语言体系。

莎士比亚剧场

“爱迪·莎士比亚剧场”将是一个综合性的职业实践场所,除演员外,还提供编剧、导演、舞美、灯光、

造型和服装设计、化妆、舞台经理、销售和市场经理等实际剧场中存在的任何一种职业实践机会。定期提

供戏剧知识和表演实践的讲座,并组织各种中小型的戏剧表演,每年至少两次大型表演(包含一次中文戏

剧和一次英文戏剧)为每一个参加剧场活动的演职人员提供舞台。

奥斯卡学院旗下开设了微电影社团,志同道合的学生在一起共创,拍出自己心中的电影。

Wisdom Academy

Aidi Mini MBA

Aidi Mini MBA is a comprehensive practice organization of discipline competition and research, which

aims to spread business, finance, and economic knowledge; improve financial and business literacy;

practice business activities; and enhance the exchange of business talents. The society focuses on

cultivating the 21st century core accomplishment 5C as the goal; expands the practice space; cultivates

the members' sense of the times, the overall situation and the international vision; and focuses on cultivating the students' creativity, insight, time concept, wealth awareness, and management ability. Additionally, the club can help students make their own learning plans and goals and cultivate their financial

intelligence literacy; encourage members to learn theoretical knowledge and strengthen practical experience, so as to realize the unity of thinking and action; and become comprehensive talents competent

for social competition.

Wisdom Academy consists of Aidi MOOC Association, Aidi Literature Society, Internet Chinese, Science,

Bilingual Mathematical Thinking, Psychology Club, English Literature Club, Reading, Encountering History,

Aidi Mini MBA, HOSA and other associations. All associations are based on subject knowledge. The Wisdom

Academy provides students with opportunities to learn, innovate, think and explore through multiple

channels to make subject knowledge more interesting, more practical, and deeper, so that students can

stimulate subject interest in the practice and exploration of clubs, and cultivate thinking and understanding while participating in various competitions to enhance academic competitiveness.

Aidi MOOC Association

With the rapid development of the Internet, many well-known Chinese and foreign universities have put

their high-quality courses on the Internet, which allow students to experience excellent courses from

famous universities in China and abroad. At the same time, many websites, such as MOOC, Coursera, and

Netease Open Class, have launched online learning platforms for these courses.

The Aidi MOOC Club provides students with a variety of educational platforms, featuring mutual supervision and assistance among club members to ensure that students can successfully complete online courses. In addition, the club organizes various academic activities to enhance students' interest in learning.

Aidi Literature Society

Aidi Literature Society is one of the earliest student associations founded by Beijing Aidi School. It has

gathered a large number of teachers and students who love literature and organized many colorful activities, such as reading sharing meetings, film reviews, Chinese and English dramas, the Mid-Autumn Festival

lantern riddle couplet activity combined with traditional culture, the Dragon Boat Festival poem activity,

and the method activities of mind mapping, fish bones, and note taking combined with new reading

methods. There is also tea drinking, debate, topic discussion, news writing, script writing, etc. The literature

society also undertakes and produces the campus literature magazine Ling Ting. All the contents of the

whole magazine are original by students, including article content, style typesetting, text proofreading,

cover design, etc. At the same time, electronic magazines, an official account, and videos have been

launched, with a wider reading range.

Aidi Psychology Club

Psychology Club is one of the most featured clubs in Aidi School. The main activities include spreading out

psychology knowledge, group counseling experiences, interesting psychological assessments, an exhibition of psychological comics, classic psychological film appreciation, small surveys of campus mental

phenomena, etc. The goal of the club is to lead members to explore themselves, cultivating positive

mental qualities, as well as facilitating personal growth. The students created their own HOSA community

and actively participated in off-campus competitions, which greatly improves their personal growth.

Additionally, Psychology Club aims to promote campus psychological cultural construction, improve

students' mental health, and promote the enjoyment of the beauty of youth.

见历史、商学院、HOSA等社团,旗下所有社团以学科知识为基础,进行延申与拓展,多渠道为学生提供学

习、创新、思考与探索的机会,将学科知识变得更有趣,更实用、更深层,让学生在社团的实践与探索中,

激发学科兴趣,培养思考与理解力,同时参与各类竞赛,提升学术竞争力。

磨课社

随着互联网的飞速发展,许多中外知名高校纷纷将自己的精品课程搬上了网络,足不出户,同学们就能够

体验到中外名牌大学的优秀课程;与此同时,MOOC、Coursera,网易公开课等众多网站也纷纷推出了这些

课程的在线学习渠道。

爱迪磨课为学生们提供丰富多彩的教育平台,并通过社团的方式,互相监督和帮助,以保证学生们能够完

成有效线上课程。除此之外,还会组织同学们参加校内丰富多彩的学术活动,加强学生们对学习和知识的

兴趣。

智慧学院

菱汀文学社

菱汀文学社是北京爱迪学校最早创立的学生社团之一,集结了一大批爱好文学的老师和同学们,组织了很

多丰富多彩的活动,例如:读书分享会、影评会、中英文话剧,有与传统文化结合的中秋节赏月灯谜对联

活动,端午节对诗活动,还有与新的阅读方式相结合的思维导图、鱼骨头,记笔记的方法活动、还有饮茶、

辩论、话题讨论、新闻写作、剧本写作等等,文学社还承办并制作校园文学杂志《菱汀》整本杂志全部内

容由学生们原创,包括文章内容、风格排版、文字校对、封面设计等等,同时还推出了电子版杂志,公众

号、视频号,阅读范围更广泛。

心理社

心理社团是爱迪中学部的特色社团之一。通过心理知识普及,心理辅导活动体验,趣味心理测试,心理漫

画展、经典心理电影赏析,校园心理现象小调查等活动,带领社团成员全面探索自我,塑造积极心理品质,

完善人格修养;同学们自创HOSA社团,积极参加校外比赛,对个人成长有极大的提高,同时促进校园心理

The Aidi 1590 Charity Club aims to encourage student participation in charitable and public welfare activities, publicize practical charitable activities, promote social morality and responsibility, advocate for a

students' empathy and moral values. Additionally, the club can enrich our campus culture, enhance our

students' sense of social responsibility, and provide a high-quality platform for students to engage in

Turing College

Aidi Turing Community-Advanced Programming Club

Turing Programming Club is a programming club for junior high school students to learn Python. Learning

programming is not only about learning programming skills, but more importantly, learning scientific analysis methods and rigorous working steps, and constantly deepening logic understanding ability. Every year,

the club organizes students to participate in programming competitions at home and abroad, such as

American Computer Science League (ACSL), the Oxford University Computing Challenge (OUCC), Blue

Bridge Cup, and so on, providing students with a platform for innovation and display.

The Turing College is focused on the development of science and technology, adhering to the motto

\"science and technological innovation can achieve dreams\" to provide a learning and communication

platform for students who love computer, artificial intelligence, electronics, software research and development. Supported associations include Aidi Turing Community-Advanced Programming Club, VEX Robotics Club, Maker Club (invention, RESEARCH and development), Microline Club (e-sports, mechanical and

other competition research), Model Club, Starlight Planetarium Club, 3D Dream Building Club (3D printer,

VR, balance car, UAV) and other tech-related associations. It tries to encourage and promote students to

Aidi VEX Robotics Club is based on the STEM curriculum, focusing on the integration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, as well as on the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and practical

abilities. Science and technology education stimulates young people's interest in robotics and cultivates

their ability to use both their hands and their brain. Club members participate in national and international

lectures and competitions throughout the year. The club provides a platform for students to learn about

Aidi 1590 Charity Association under the Public Benefit Academy aims to encourage students to carry out

public welfare practices, promote the spirit of public welfare, publicize social morality, advocate public

图灵社团-编程进阶

图灵编程社团,是专门对初中生开办的编程社团,以学习Python语言为主。学习编程,不仅是学习编程的

技巧,更重要的是学习科学的分析方法,严谨的做事步骤,不断加深逻辑理解能力。社团每年会组织同学

们参加国内外编程竞赛,美国计算机联赛、牛津大学编程思维挑战赛、蓝桥杯等,为学生提供一个创新和

The Aidi Aerobics Club promotes the development of physical flexibility, strength, and lasting health.

Long-terms aerobics practice can improve poor physical condition, improve posture, cultivate a good

temperament, and give people a feeling of health and vitality. It can improve concentration, flexibility,

and mental balance, and fully develop one’s coordination. Musical accompaniment helps practitioners

reduce stress and gain a sense of inner peace. Practitioners will celebrate their accomplishments together,

Aidi Basketball Club

Basketball, a competitive sport that requires skills of the hands and body, is the core of the Olympic Games

project, and is a collective, comprehensive sport. It is simple, easy, and interesting, and can vary from

person to person and different levels of ability. It is a fun and colorful activity that is entertaining, convenient

to take part in, can easily attract participation, and can strengthen physical health. It has developed into

an international sport that can enrich the lives of participant through competition that shows the vitality of

life and the progress of the times.

The Energy Academy supports the establishment of various sports-related associations, such as the Volleyball Club, Fitness Club, Taekwondo Club, Cycling Club, etc. The Energy Academy aims to enrich campus

culture, enrich campus life, and improve students’ overall physical fitness. Additionally, through the study of

competitive sports skills, the Energy Academy cultivates noble sportsmanship and cooperates to promote

quality education.

Aidi Athletics Club

With the tenet of improving students' physique and enriching students' lives through sports, the Athletics

Club implements various training activities so as to cultivate students' interest in track and field events, and

improve the lifestyle of exercise through sports.

Aidi Table Tennis Club

Table tennis is a popular game in China. Aidi Table Tennis Club has the goal of attracting students who like

playing this game to get together and learn from each other. The club tutor is an associate professor of

Tianjing University with over 30 years teaching experience. All students interested in table tennis are

welcomed to join in this club.

Aidi Chinese Kung Fu Club

Kung Fu is a traditional Chinese sport that emphasizes tactical action, routine, and fighting as a form of

exercise. It is a traditional Chinese Martial Art promoting the development of students' mind and body.

Kung Fu is the essence of China and the treasure of the Chinese nation. Its formation, content, and methods

embody the rich traditional culture of classical Chinese philosophy, aesthetics, ethics, and morality. As a

traditional national sport, martial arts is a staple of physical education in schools at all levels in China.

Aidi Badminton Club

The Middle School Badminton Club was founded for students who are interested in badminton. Our members all have a love for badminton. At ordinary times, our activities are generally about practicing skills with

the members. If there are students who like badminton but have no foundation, the president and the club

teachers will give basic guidance to them and help them quickly integrate into the ranks of those who can

skillfully use the racket. The founding purpose of our club is to let everyone feel the happiness of sports, and

to lay a foundation for a good health. The members are very enthusiastic, and the Middle School Badminton Club welcomes every student to join us.

篮球社

篮球运动是以手与身体对抗性的体育运动,是奥运会的核心项目,并且是一种集体性、综合性的体育运动,

简易而有趣,可以因人、因地、因时、因需而异,也可以变换各种方式组织丰富多彩的活动,参与方便而

且容易吸引人们参与,达到娱乐身心,强身健体、丰富生活的目的,现已经发展为一种国际性竞技体育运

动,其竞赛过程充分显示出人类生命的活力和时代发展的进步。

以丰富校园文化,充实校园生活,提高学生整体的身体素质为宗旨,同时通过研究竞技体育技能,培养新时代

田径社

田径社团秉承“推广体育精神,提高学生体质,丰富学生生活”的宗旨,根据中学生身心特点,通过各种

乒乓球社

乒乓球是我国的国球,乒乓球社为热爱乒乓球运动的学生提供相互学习、游戏和交流的平台。社团导师为

天津大学副教授,体育教龄30多年,欢迎大家来参加乒乓球活动。

羽毛球社

羽毛球社团主要是为了那些对羽毛球感兴趣的同学而创办的,我们的社员们都有一颗热爱着羽毛球的上进

心。平时我们的活动一般为与社员们切磋球技,丰富校园生活热爱羽毛球的同学欢迎积极参与,社长与社

团老师会对其进行基础指导,尽量早日让其融入能熟练使用球拍的行列。我们社团的创办宗旨是让每一个

人都可以感受到运动为大家带来的快乐,为强壮的体魄打下基础。社员们都十分热情,初中部羽毛球社团

武术社

武术是以技击动作为主要内容,以套路和格斗为主要运动形式,注重内外兼修的中国传统体育项目。武术是

中国的国粹,中华民族的瑰宝,从它的形成、内容和方法上,都体现着中国古典的哲学理念、美学思想、兵

法思想、伦理道德等丰富的传统文化。武术作为民族传统体育是中国各级学校体育教学必修内容之一。

健美操社

健美操运动是一项有氧运动项目,兼备发展身体柔韧性和灵敏性的作用,发展和塑造强健的体魄,增进健康。

长期的健美操练习可以改善不良的身体状态,形成优美的体态、良好的气质修养,给人以朝气蓬勃、健康向

上的感觉。它能够提高神经过程的强度、集中能力、灵活性和均衡性,全面发展人的协调性。在强烈的音乐

伴奏下,练习者的注意力从烦恼的事情上转移,忘掉失意与压抑,尽情享受健美操所带来的快乐,得到内心

Aidi Football Club

The football club aims to improve students' physical health, popularize football and enrich students'

after-school lives by organizing and guiding members' football activities. It also aims at cultivating fair play,

teamwork, good sportsmanship, friendship, and strengthen physical fitness while enjoying this game.

Aidi Shooting Club

Shooting is one of the most inspiring games in China's Olympic history. Aidi Shooting Club aims to provide

students a wonderful opportunity to learn shooting and improve concentration, independent thinking,

problem-solving, and patience. A series of shooting events will be launched at a later stage.

Frisbee Club

Students creates the Frisbee Club to have while exercising and get rid of boring basic exercises. The combination of anaerobic and aerobic exercises, meaning that participating in Frisbee Club can not only

improve cardiopulmonary function, but can also enhance muscle strength and physique.

Infinite Academy

Infinite Academy is a comprehensive association that allows students to establish self-created groups

according to their own interests and hobbies. At present, the groups include:

1. The Magic Association, which gathers students who love magic and encourages them to perform. It is

loved by many students. The Magic Association encourages everyone to exchange ideas about magic,

cultivates students' physical coordination ability and increased students' self-confidence.

2. The Ancient Accessories Research Institute, which encourages students to create accessories such as

earrings, hairpins, sachets, etc. The association cultivates students' hands-on ability and color matching

skills.

3. The Reptile Club, which teaches students about raising reptiles, reptile habits and other related knowledge. Students learn how to analyze reptiles in a scientific way to avoid harming them, how to protect and

handle them, and how to avoid injury.

4. The Rap Club allows students to set up projects and organize activities together with students who are

fond of rap. Here you can find students with common interests and hobbies, work together and improve

yourself. Students can make friends and perform their own work or practice cover songs. Students in this

group are encouraged to exercise their spirit of independent innovation, expressiveness and self-confidence.

5. The Culinary Association is focused on what students need to learn and conducts a series of activities

under the guidance of teachers. Through cooking, students learn the methods of making food, gain a

deeper understanding of the culinary arts, and put their knowledge into practice. The club is not solely

focused on understanding basic cooking, but also encourages students to experience the joys of cooking

by gaining hands-on experience.

6. The Etiquette Association provides a stage for self-expression and self-exercise. The activities are rich and

colorful, including on-campus catwalk performances, and students can attend off-campus activities to

show the due demeanor and temperament. In addition, we also have dining table culture and tea

culture.

Aidi School Student Union

Aidi School Student Union, adhering to the role of connecting the past and the future, strives to build a

bridge of communication between students and the school. At present, the Aidi Student Union is mainly

involved in the work of assisting in the management and communication of food safety issues in the

cafeteria, recycling and disposal of old clothes in the whole school, assisting the school in auxiliary publicity

work, and holding regular class representative meetings to solve the specific problems of students. Aidi

Student Union also actively keeps in touch with clubs and classes, and establishes Aidi students' own

射击社

射击项目是中国奥运会历史上第一块金牌产生的项目,由许海峰在1984年洛杉矶奥运会夺得,具有里程碑

性的意义!北京时间2021年7月24日东京奥运会女子10米气步枪打响,我国射击选手杨倩夺得首金,鼓舞

了中国体育代表团的士气!

爱迪射击社团在课余时间为同学们提供解和学习射击的机会,同时提升做事专注力、独立思考问题解决问

题的能力,磨炼不急不躁的性格,锻炼身体的稳定性、协调性、反应能力等综合素质,真正做到“身”与

“心”的同步发展,并且在后期会推出一系列的射击赛事供大家参加。

飞盘社

学生自创飞盘社团,在充满乐趣的活动中锻炼身体,摆脱枯燥的基础练习。同时,无氧与有氧的结合,使得

参与飞盘运动既可以锻炼到心肺功能,又能起到增强肌肉力量,塑造身形的目的。

无限学院

无限学院是综合类社团,在现有学院外,根据学生的兴趣爱好,自创社团培养学生的自主创新,目前现有

成熟的社团有;一、魔术社,聚集了爱好魔术的同学,表演魔术的过程中也被广大同学知晓受到了很多同

学的喜爱与此同时大家互相切磋交流魔术艺术,培养了学生肢体协调能力以及增加了学生的自信心学习之

Psychological counseling service for teachers

Everybody experiences mood swings, especially teenagers. They are experiencing huge changes

of physical and mental development, and are more vulnerable to problems such as psychological

conflict and turmoil, confusion, frustration, stress, anxiety, and psychological imbalance. The students'

psychological problems are mainly about developmental psychological problems, which are a normal

product in the process of constructing a perfect personality and developing psychological maturity, so it

is often a temporary phase, but very real at the time. When students cannot themselves manage these

psychological changes well and are feeling distressed, they can make appointments with the psychology

instructors in the counseling center for one-to-one help at any time.

The Growth Consulting Room is open from 12:30-13:20 pm from Monday to Thursday. Students can choose

their own consulting time and consultant according to their own needs.

We also care about our teachers, the “engineers of children’s souls\". We believe that only teachers who

are positive and happy can teach students a positive attitude and how to be happy. When teachers

The Aidi Student Counseling Center (SCC) employs a consistent theoretical approach through the

progression from grades one to twelve, using an authoritative international platform and trained

professional counselors to help students understand their learning and career options and develop a

bespoke education plan.

Primary School --- students are introduced to a range of professions and occupations, and encouraged to

·Our goal is to provide excellent quality bilingual courses which are compatible with the compulsory

domestic education system. This includes the four major areas of natural sciences, social sciences,

languages and culture, arts and sports, while paying attention to the advantages and needs of each

student and building students' cognitive ability layer by layer. Students can form a three-dimensional

knowledge framework structure through multi-angle and all-round learning from different disciplines. This

helps students achieve the integration of learning and apply what they have learned, and lay a good

foundation for high school advancement.

·We set up project-based learning as a model for students. In addition we examine practical life issues as

one of our themes. We also carry out inquiry activities, and let students participate in research, investigation

and problem solving. Through interdisciplinary curriculum integration we establish links between different

disciplines, strengthening the transfer of knowledge, learning to practice innovation, and helping students

to build their own knowledge and achieve practical results.

·We use process performance assessment and diverse assessment methods to aggregate student

learning courses in a timely manner. Students have the opportunity to participate in major events such

as the Australian Mathematics Competition, the Canadian Chemistry Competition, the Royal Chemistry

Challenge, and the American Physics Competition to expand their international horizons and foster

comprehensive competitiveness.

·We also offer a half-month overseas cultural and language study course. This enriching experience not

only exercises the independence of students, but helps students to utilize the English they have learned. It

also helps to enhance students' perceptual cognition and recognition of overseas schools, educational

models and quality; as well as laying down a long-term and solid foundation for studying abroad in the

future.

·After studying international courses, students can take an official exam at Aidi School administered

by the Cambridge Examinations Board. Upon successful completion they will receive the corresponding

diploma. At the same time, students can participate in the APTIS test, which was created by the British

Council of Cultural Education, to provide students with an authoritative, comprehensive and efficient

English ability assessment report.

AIDI Senior High School currently provides a choice of four international curriculums, the Western Australian

Certificate of Education, American Senior Education, British Senior Education, and the Art & Design

High School curriculums. We keep in line with overseas teaching, use the same teaching resources and

Graduation Requirements

Academic Integrity

Academic integrity has two main meanings: students’ academic behavior should be \"sincere\" in working

in science, and they should \"trust\" other researchers and their results. To be sincere, one must seek the truth

and respect objective facts. To have integrity one must not pursue kitsch, engage in gossip, or fabricate

data and facts. To be trustworthy, researchers must trust each other, learn from each other, collaborate

and cooperate, and make progress together. In respecting the results of others, citing the opinions and

work of others, it is necessary to cite sources.

The English Language Center (ELC) provides students with support into the Aidi International High School

programs and is committed to helping students meet the English entry requirements for different majors.

Experienced Chinese and foreign teachers consolidate students' English foundation through listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar training. We also have a wide range of subject activities in English and

language culture to help students develop a learning style in an international environment and understand

the international learning assessment system. At the same time, ELC offers business, math, science and

culture course to get students prepared for the high school curriculum at their appropriate stages.

The Beijing Aidi High School Certificate is awarded to all students who meet the requirements in

the following categories: attendance, academics, and community service.

I Attendance: All students must meet an 85% compulsory attendance requirement or they do

not earn the Beijing Aidi High School Certificate.

II Community Service: All students across all programs must complete a minimum of 30 hours

(over three years) of community service specifically designed to fulfill the DSLO Global competency. Each vice-principal or appointee keeps track of and signs off on this requirement.

III Academic Requirements: All students must fulfill the academic requirement specified in their

related program.
