广德（英德）产业园——广清经济特别合作区三园

之一，位于广东省英德市英红镇、横石塘镇境内，规划

面积36.25平方公里，是省重点产业转移园区，由省政

府赋予地级市经济管理权限。根据广东省委、省政府调

整 对 口 帮 扶 和 加 速 推 进 广 清 一 体 化 的 整 体 部 署 ，

2019年9月起由黄埔区（广州开发区）承接并主导园区

开发建设。

Introduction of the Industrial Park

Guangde (Yingde) Industrial Park, one of the three

parks of Guangqing Special Economic Cooperation Zone,

is located in Yinghong Town and Hengshitang Town,

Yingde City, Guangdong Province, with a planned area of

36.25 square kilometers. It is a core industrial transfer

park of Guangdong Province, which is granted the

municipal level authority in economy management by the

p r o v i n c i a l g o v e r n m e n t .Ac c o r d i n g t o t h e o v e r a l l

deployment to adjust the counterpart assistance and

accelerate the promotion of Guangzhou-Qingyuan

integration by Guangdong Provincial Party Committee

and Guangdong Provincial Government, Huangpu District

(Gu a n g z h o u Ec o n o m i c D e v e l o p m e n t Zo n e ) h a s

undertaken the park and played a leading role in

development and construction since September 2019.

As an important platform for Guangzhou city and Qingyuan city to

deepen the high-quality development of Guangzhou-Qingyuan integration

and promote the integrated development of the Pearl River Delta region and

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangde (Yingde)

Industrial Park carries forward the “iron army” spirit of Huangpu, which is

pioneering, efcient, practical and capable of ghting tough battles. Based on

the park's resources, supporting facilities and policies, it puts forward the

development idea of \"the secondary-primary-tertiary sector linkage\"

according to local conditions. An experimental park，which is a new type

of integration development of industrial, agricultural and urban-rural, is

being actively built to boost rural revitalization and promote urban-rural

integration and development.

kilometers from Yingde City, 80 kilometers from

Qingyuan City, 110 kilometers from Guangzhou

City and 50 kilometers from Shaoguan City. It has

favorable trafc conditions with connections to the

south-north Lechang-Guangzhou Expressway and

the east-west Kunming-Shantou Expressway.

The park is only 18 minutes’ drive from the

Yi n g d e We s t R a i l w a y S t a t i o n o f Wu h a n -

Guangzhou High-speed Railway, by which it only

takes 36 minutes to Guangzhou city and 72

minutes to Shenzhen city, truly integrated into the

half-hour economic circle of the Pearl River Delta.

The North River Waterway connects Qingyuan

the town plans to build two major sectors, namely the core area and the

industrial chain area. Among them, Yingde Yinghong Science and

Technology Innovation Town is planned about 2.6 square kilometers.

Through the activation and utilization of the national industrial heritage

Hongqi Tea Factory, the research institutes and scientic and

technological teams are used to carry out cultural construction,

scientic and technological research, industrial innovation and

supporting services.

●The industrial chain area takes the central intelligent tea factory as the

center, access to the production areas of Yingde black tea, builds the

digital standardization demonstration system of the whole industrial
