体验，提出了在这里开发元宇宙，让悦来成为虚拟现实交融的元宇宙。让悦来国际会展城

李渡古镇策划及概念规划 基于现阶段客群需求分析以及周边竞品分析，得出李渡急需通过建设文化地标，并引入强大
IP，以此在同类型旅游产品中脱颖而出。提出以古镇更新 + 文化激活的循环再生文旅模式打造
李渡古镇。以将本项目打造为中国首个水岸婚恋产业小镇、重庆特色古镇提升更新标杆、涪陵
城市文化休闲会客厅为目标，通过重塑生态、复兴人文、唤醒生活、激活产业四大策略打造一
个集文化小镇、生活小镇、生态小镇、产业小镇为一体的特色旅游度假目的地。

重庆·南川黎香湖策划规划 我们基于黎香湖独树一帜的空间肌理 , 科学规划了“山水合抱，花团锦簇，三生空间，一脉相连”
的仿生学空间结构，高起点构建一幅中国未来生态文明的新画卷。依托场地不同的资源禀赋，
在中轴水脉的基础上构建了魅力水镇、大野湿地、原乡生活、静谧康养、风情城邦 5 个梦空间。
用交织的水廊、绿廊构建起了11片功能群岛，用创意的手法营造了多个梦生活场景，串联起了山、
水、林、田、湖、草 6 种乡村全生态元素。对于国内国际市场消费新趋势与黎香湖的基地特质，
创新提出了做足“水文章”，念好“田字经”，打好“生活牌”的创意产品策略

Based on the unique spatial texture of Lixiang lake, we have scientifically planned the bionic spatial
structure of "mountains and rivers, flowers and clusters, three living spaces and one vein connection",
and built a new picture of China's future ecological civilization from a high starting point. Relying on the
different resource endowments of the site and based on the water vein of the central axis, five dream
spaces are built: charming water town, Daye wetland, hometown life, quiet and healthy health, and
amorous city-state.

遂宁西山文旅专线策划规划 通过整合当地特色资源、自然环境、传统文化等要素，以建设“遂州绿道”为契机，以打造“西
山旅游专线”为突破口，打造集生态观光、文化旅游、文创打卡、休闲度假、城市游憩等功能
于一体的拥有全国影响力的巴蜀心灵度假目的地。并通过将文旅专线划分为“历史文化旅游”、“禅
意山水游憩”、“养心文创休闲”三段主题带，赋予各段不同的主题和功能，以此创造遂宁的“生
态新门户”，体验遂宁的“文化新生活”，构建遂宁的“多元游憩线”。并且实现完善片区发
展定位、完善区域城市功能、升级区域原有业态、改善区域交通、提升环境品质的目标。

景观布局以前场“御道入殿·入庭观宴”及后场“一客荷樵·一客听琴”形成前后两大区分，以九境空
间景观：御道松风、琴鸣流水、空山画径、凌波飞渡、入庭观宴、沐雨题诗、曲径通幽、林泉酌酒、
疏星弈月，延续古代文人园林的雅集之趣，形成契合当代审美的高品质生活之境。

The landscape layout is divided into two parts: the former "imperial road enters the hall, enters the court
to watch the banquet" and the latter "a guest of lotus and woodcutter listens to the Qin". The nine space
landscapes are: the imperial road pine wind, the Qin singing and flowing water, the empty mountain painting
path, the Lingbo ferry, the court to watch the banquet, the rain writing poems, the winding path leading to the
secluded, the forest spring drinking wine, and the stars playing chess in the moon. The interest of the elegant
collection of ancient literati gardens is continued to form a high-quality life that is in line with the contemporary
aesthetics.

海成·梁平御湖别院 项目位于梁平双桂湖景区旁，示范区面积约为 6500 ㎡。依山傍水所而运用山、树、云、湖作为
概念元素，不断探索与演绎。
所谓“诗有诗境，词有词境，曲有曲境”，园亦有园境，以“礼序”贯穿云锦、山影、观林、涟漪、
秋水、波纹，六境为空间序列，将造园之意境、花影、树影、云影、风声、水声、无形之景、有形之景，
交响成曲。
