COMPANY PROFILE

太平洋保险养老产业投资管理有限责任公司（简称“太保养老投资公司”），

成立于 2014 年 9 月，为中国太平洋人寿保险股份有限公司的全资子公司，注

册资本 50 亿元。

太保养老投资公司是经原中国保监会批准的国内保险行业首家养老产业投资管

理平台，是中国保险资产管理业协会会员，主要经营范围包括养老产业投资与

建设，养老投资、运营与管理，以及与养老产业相关的健康和医疗投资业务。

Pacific Insurance Senior Living Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as

“CPIC Senior Living Investment Company”), established in September 2014, is a whollyowned subsidiary of China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 5

billion.

Approved by the former China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC), CPIC

Senior Living Investment Company is the first investment and management platform of

aging industry in the domestic insurance sector and a member of the Insurance Asset

Management Association of China. Its main business scope includes senior living property

investment and construction, senior care investment, operation and management, as well as

health and medical investment business related to the aging industry.

CPIC Senior Living Investment Company plans to implement a number of high-quality elderly care community projects in the

Yangtze River Delta, Greater Bay Area, Bohai Rim Region, Chengdu-Chongqing area and central regions according to the

development concept for building \" communities in the north and south echoing each other, advanced communities in the east

and west, national chain communities, and communities covering all ages\". The community projects consist of Yiyang Home

Care Services, Kangyang Medical Care Services and Leyang Sojourn-living Care Services for the Elderly.At the same time, the

company actively explores the inclusive senior service market, by undertaking senior care facility projects in the form of technical

consultation and entrusted management, as well as by exploring the business of home and community senior care services, so

the elderly care sector, to provide a full range of professional solutions for Chinese aging society.At the same time, we are

joining hands with brand ambassador Ma Weidu, geriatric dietitian Sun Jianqin, architectural design consultant Zhou Yanmin,

and operation expert Wu Danxing together to explore the development pattern of active ageing and healthy ageing with CPIC

In 2021, Mr. Ma Weidu, famous cultural scholar and founder of Guanfu Museum, became the brand ambassador of Pacific Care

In Chengdu, the design of “forest upper and city lower” is organically integrated with the local landscape, and the

created a general practice clinic, and established a green channel service with neighboring 3A hospitals to realize
