浦东美术馆(MAP)位于上海小陆家嘴滨江核心区,于

2017 年 9 月 26 日启动建设,2021 年 7 月正式向公众

开放。

浦东美术馆由陆家嘴集团投资、建设和运营,由让·努

维尔(AJN)事务所设计,以国际艺术展示交流为主、兼

顾国内艺术展示,突出展览、美育、文创、国际交流四

大功能,致力于建设成为上海国际文化场馆新地标和国

际文化艺术交流的重要平台。

Pudong Art Museum (MAP) is located in the core area of

Shanghai's Xiaolujiazui Riverside. Construction started on

September 26, 2017, and it will officially open to the public in

July 2021.

Pudong Art Museum is invested, constructed and operated by

Lujiazui Group and designed by Jean Nouvel (AJN) Office. It

focuses on international art exhibition and exchange, taking

into account domestic art exhibition, and highlights the four

functions of exhibition, aesthetic education, cultural creativity

and international exchange. , is committed to building into a

new landmark of Shanghai's international cultural venues and

an important platform for international cultural and artistic

exchanges.

本项目地处浦东新区海阳西路,东育路交界处。总建筑

面积 90994 ㎡,其中地下建筑面积 28811 ㎡,地上建

筑面积 62183 ㎡。主要由 111 米的 25 层高层主楼和

4~5 层裙房组成。地下室整体三层,与北侧 25-01 地块

相连。酒店塔楼位于地块北侧,地上 25 层,建筑平面呈

矩形。主要功能为酒店服务餐饮,6 层设置观光会所休闲

空间。

裙房分别坐落于酒店南侧,其中东裙房于办公楼主楼连

为整体,酒店通过 6 层裙房屋面与东侧办公楼侧相连。

1~6 层设大堂空间,餐饮、SPA、休闲功能;7 层 ~28

层为酒店住宿区域。地下室主要功能为停车、设备用房

及后勤用房,其中地下一层设置商业区域。

The project is located at the junction of West Haiyang

Road and Dongyu Road in Pudong New Area. The total

construction area is 90,994 m2, of which the underground

construction area is 28,811 m2 and the above-ground

construction area is 62,183 m2. It is mainly composed of a

25-story high-rise main building with a height of 111m and

a 4~5-story podium. The basement has three floors and is

connected to the 25-01 plot on the north side. The hotel tower

is located on the north side of the plot, with 25 floors above

ground, in a rectangular building plan. The main function is

hotel service and catering, and the 6th floor is equipped with

leisure space for a tourist club.

The podiums are located on the south side of the hotel,

of which the east podium is connected to the main office

building, and the hotel is connected to the east office building

through the 6-storey podium facade. The 1st to 6th floors are

equipped with lobby space, catering, spa and leisure functions;

the 7th to 28th floors serve as the hotel accommodation area.

The basement mainly functions as parking space, equipment

room and back-office room, and the commercial area is set up

on the first basement floor.

前滩中心项目位于新区的中心位置,280 米高办公塔楼

定义为前滩区域的标志性建筑,成为天际线上的新聚焦

点。从建筑体块角度,16 万平方米的核心办公楼可以理

解为垂直的船锚,固定和聚集整个区域。悬浮的水平裙

房体块包括 9000 平方米的商业,延伸和覆盖整个场地,

同时支撑 51000 平方米的酒店塔楼和酒店设施,成为有

连贯的体块组合。设计本身参考三大灵感,水(流动线条),

木(纹理分叉)和地(石头叠层)。流动的“线形”穿过

The Qiantan Center project is located in the center of the

new area. The 280-meter-high office tower is defined as

a landmark building in the area and becomes a new focal

point on the skyline. From the perspective of the building

block, the 160,000m2 core office building can be deemed as

a vertical anchor, fixing and gathering the whole area. The

suspended horizontal podium volume includes 9,000m2 of

retail, extending and covering the entire site. At the same time,

it supports the 51,000m2 hotel tower and hotel facilities as a

的不同。办公塔楼的垂直幕墙“墙垛”以 3 米的间距与幕

墙竖框对齐,从塔楼底部延伸至塔楼高区,对室内视线

有较小的影响。相比之下,塔楼顶部的幕墙“墙垛”开始

分叉和扭曲,响应木纹理的设计理念,同时创造出标志

性的塔楼“灯笼”。酒店的立面由水平的装饰条(上下水

平线条,中心为曲面波浪轮廓线)组成。装饰条位于层间

墙,以避免对客房的视线阻挡,由底部纯粹的平行关系

到顶部演变为双曲面线条,而波浪的频率根据塔楼高度

three elements, namely, water (flowing lines), wood (texture

forks), and earth (stacks of stone). A flowing "line" runs

through the entire site, connecting the three different blocks

of the building (hotel, office, and podium). At the same time,

a visual language that varies according to function is used to

represent or define the differences in the chunks. The vertical

curtain wall "wall stacks" of the office tower are aligned with

the curtain wall mullions at 3m intervals, extending from

the base to the high area of the tower, with less impact on

interior vision. In contrast, the curtain wall "stacks" at the top

of the tower begin to fork and twist, responding to the design

concept of the wood texture while creating the iconic tower

"lantern". The hotel façade consists of horizontal decorative

strips (horizontal lines with a curved wavy outline in the

center). The decorative strips are located on the inter-floor

walls to avoid blocking the view of the guest rooms. From a

pure parallel relationship at the bottom to a hyperboloid line

at the top, the frequency of the waves changes accordingly

according to the height of the tower. The top of the hotel

tower is also considered as a "lantern", while horizontally

twisted lines create exciting random patterns. The simplified

suspended podium volume contrasts and reinforces the

dynamic façades of the two towers. Meanwhile, the continuous

roof garden and slightly curved curtain wall decorative strips

are used to connect the tower blocks, also creating a coherent

"screen" facade effect of the podium.

Shanghai L+ MALL opened on December 23rd , 2018. It

is a high-end commercial complex developed by Shanghai

Lujiazui (Group) Co., Ltd. in 6 years. This is also the main

flagship brand of Lujiazui commercial sector.

L+ MALL is located in Lujiazui area, at the intersection of

Century Avenue, South Pudong Road, North Nanquan Road

and Shangcheng Road. It has 11 floors above ground and 1

上海市浦东世纪大都会 2-3 地块项目,建设单位为上海

陆家嘴金融贸易区联合发展有限公司,由上海陆家嘴集

团和百联集团共同斥资数十亿元人民币进行打造。

位于浦东新区的 2-3 地块项目,地处陆家嘴金融贸易区

核心区域。本项目基地面积 37898 平方米,地上部分建

筑面积 162339 平方米,地下部分建筑面积 116285 平

方米,由 4 幢连为一体的塔楼和位于张杨路一侧的商业

裙房构成,其中最高的 3 号楼为 15 层,高度为 83 米;

商业裙房(5 号楼)部分为 5 层,高度为 28 米(局部为

32 米)。该项目为周边及入驻的国内外企业提供商业、

文化、娱乐、办公等多功能、高品位的现代服务配套,

是陆家嘴金融城的又一功能地标,并进一步完善陆家嘴

功能贸易区的金融生态环境,提升其综合服务功能。

森林”建筑不同的是,“世纪大都会”的景观被当作花园

来设计。整个项目的绿化率接近 20%,消费者在购物的

同时感觉是在花园漫步。项目在绿化植被选择上也以山

茶花为主题,配上稀有的乔木树种,起到建筑与景观互

为衬托的效果。

Shanghai Pudong Century Metropolis 2-3 Plot Project is

constructed by Shanghai Lujiazui FTZ United Development

Co., Ltd., which is jointly invested by tShanghai Lujiazui

Group and Bailian Group with billions of RMB.

The 2-3 Plot Project in Pudong New Area is located in the

core area of Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone. It covers an

area of 37,898m2, the building area of the above-ground part

is 162,339 m2, and that of the underground part is 116,285

m2. It consists of 4 connected towers and a commercial

podium located on one side of Zhangyang Road, of which

the tallest Building 3 is 15 floors, 83m high. The commercial

podium (Building 5) has 5 floors and a height of 28m (partially

32m). The project provides multi-functional and highquality modern service facilities such as business, culture,

entertainment, and office for the surrounding and settled

domestic and foreign enterprises, which is another functional

landmark of Lujiazui Financial City. It further improves the

The underground part of the Century Metropolis combined

with the metro setting is undoubtedly the major design feature

of the 2-3 Plot Project, which is also the highlight of the project.

In the commercial area, a large portion is obtained by "moving

to the underground", so the huge underground business

district is a highlight of the project. The "Century Metropolis"

2-3 Plot Project has built 4 floors of underground commercial

facilities and parking garages, of which the first and second

floors are shopping malls, and the third to fourth floors are

parking lots, which can simultaneously accommodate about

1,036 motor vehicles and is the largest underground business

district within the inner ring of Shanghai. The project’s ground

building is composed of four conjoined towers to form a "fan",

looking like several books placed upright. Although the land

is extremely expensive in the central urban area, unlike many

"reinforced concrete forest" buildings in the downtown area,

the landscape of "Century Metropolis" is designed as a garden,

with the greening rate close to 20%, where consumers will

feel like strolling in the garden while shopping. Moreover, the

project is themed on camellia in the selection of vegetation,

coupled with rare arbor species, forming a complement

between the building and the landscape.

Description

A total of 498 casted aluminum parts in the simulation of antique silver are hung

on delicate steel ropes to create a cylindrical space passing through the earth and

sky. The twinkling rays of light emitted from each piece would correspond with

the reflection lights of the water surface to thoroughly demonstrate the primordial

optical effects. The introduction of the natural light rays adds further luster to the

work, and demonstrate an overall artistic effect of swirling motions.

The sculpture of New Light of City injects vitality to the main entrance of the

venue, and take concerted effect with the vertical frame structure on the top of the

building.

境,交流的公共艺术。创作“逍遥游”系列作品,让

符号化的情景人物造型穿插于公共空间的各个点位,

引导人流行为,活跃商场整体氛围。

此系列作品源自庄子的《逍遥游》,“举世誉之而不

加劝,举世非之而不加沮”。对方将陆家嘴中心艺术

介入的延伸价值观定义为“创造的自由,人性的自由,

梦想的自由”。

As a proposal from Zendai Cultural Development, the

works is not limited to purchase of the art of works

itself, but extend to cover the docking with the copyright

resources.

Zendai Cultural Development put forward that: they

offer typical works of artists, and guarantee the authentic

demonstration effect; the works are dedicated for Lujiazui

Center; they are public art that communicates with the

viewers and the environment. The Happy Excursion

series works enabled the symbolized scenes and figures to

appear various positions in the public space, guiding the

behaviors of the stream of people, and enliven the overall

atmosphere of the shopping mall.

The series works are originated from the Happy Excursion

of Zhuangzi “he will not be more diligent even if all the

people in the work keep praising him, and he will not be

depressed if all person in the work keep accusing him”. It

defines the extended values of the art in Lujiazui Center

as “freedom of creation, freedom of the humanity and

freedom of dreams”.
