星甸湿地公园位于南京市浦口区，南临 X204 县道，基地四周被城市道路包围，交通便利、区位优势明显。该湿地公园现状多为苗圃水塘，基

地北侧有规划道路通过，上位规划中将基地北侧定位为居住和商业等用地，为协调规划，基地北侧种植大量草花，形成大地艺术；基地水塘

作为湿地核心区域，疏通水系，挖湖堆岛，打造湿地生态系统。形成“星甸绿心、城市海绵”的生态格局，为星甸镇提供一个可观、可赏的

湿地环境。

Nanjing Xingdian Central Wetland Park

Xingdian Wetland Park is located in Pukou District of Nanjing City, bordering on County Road X204 in the south. The base is surrounded by urban roads,

with convenient transportation and obvious regional advantages. The current status of the wetland park is mostly nursery ponds, with planned roads

passing through the north side of the base. In the upper planning, the north side of the base is positioned as residential and commercial land. In

order to coordinate planning, a large number of grass flowers are planted in the north side of the base to form Land art; The base pond serves as the

core area of the wetland, dredging the water system, digging lakes and islands, and creating a wetland ecosystem. Forming an ecological pattern of

“Xingdian Green Heart and Urban Sponge”, providing a considerable and enjoyable wetland environment for Xingdian Town.

Baizihe Landscape Belt in Xingdian Xinshi Town, Nanjing

万寿河是一条天然河流，该河自星甸镇石窑村向北东至陈桥过斩龙桥，由蒋夏入滁河，全线长 14.6 公里。本次设计长度约 6.5 公里，总投入

8000 万，目标是打造王园、万寿河沿线风光带，凸显星甸街道镇区水路主轴。万寿河景观打造共分为 5 个功能区，分别为：自然风光景观区、

乐活宜居休憩区、滨河漫步形象区、生态涵养休憩区、生态屏障景观区。

Wanshou River is a natural river that flows northeast from Shiyao Village in Xingdian Town to Chenqiao and crosses the Zhalong Bridge. It enters the Chuhe River

from Jiangxia and has a total length of 14.6 kilometers. The length of this design

is about 6.5 kilometers, with a total investment of 80 million yuan. The goal is

to create a scenic belt along the Wangyuan and Wanshou Rivers, highlighting the

main waterway of Xingdian Street and town. The landscape construction of Wanshou

River is divided into five functional areas, namely: natural scenery landscape

area, Lehuo livable rest area, riverside stroll image area, ecological conservation rest area, and ecological barrier landscape area.

江北新区中心花海地处南京市江北新区中

央商务区核心位置，毗邻滨江大道，是江

北国家级新区最核心的地段。设计以花间

渡为主题概念，通过花海，苗圃，人造湖

的方式，打造立体化、多样化的景观体验，

使其成为展示新区风貌的窗口，城市绿化、

彩化的试验田，具有游赏、科教、可持续

发展的生态银行。

Huahaiti, the center of Jiangbei New Area, is

located at the core of the central business

district of Jiangbei New Area in Nanjing,

adjacent to Binjiang Avenue. It is the most

core area of Jiangbei National New Area. The

design focuses on the concept of crossing

between flowers, creating a three-dimensional and diverse landscape experience through

a sea of flowers, nurseries, and artificial

lakes, making it a window to showcase the

style of the new area, a test field for urban

greening and color, and an ecological bank

with tourism, science and education, and sustainable development.

城市客厅设计竞赛

Dongfang Honghebin Park Base is located at the junction of Puyun Road,

Kanghua Road and Kangping Road, Pukou District, Nanjing City. It is a

green park and is surrounded by residential areas. The base is adjacent

to the Dongfang Red River, and the existing park Caopo is connected to

the riverbank, and in the future, Caopo will be transformed into the

northern extension of the main road Puyun Road. Covering an area of approximately 12000 square meters, the surrounding area is mainly residential, office and other businesses, with a large pedestrian flow.

东方红河滨公园基地位于南京市浦口区浦云路与康华路、康平路交

界段，现状为绿地公园，周边为住宅区。基地临近东方红河，公园

内现有草坡与河岸相连，未来草坡将改造为主干道浦云路北延段。

占地面积约 1.2 万㎡，周边是以住宅、办公等业态为主，具有较大

的人流量。

的造价，着重针对不舒适、不便捷、不友好、

不协调的场地空间体验进行改造优化，最终

达到突出城市界面形象、提升空间使用体验、

改善生态环境质量的目标。

此项目通过对现有的场地条件和资源的有效利用和改造，

打造成为一个以展示党建文化为核心目标的市民休闲公园。

设计采用的策略有：以中国共产党的发展建设过程中重要

记事为线索，展示党建文化；以耐候钢板为主要的景观构

筑物材料，通过不同的表现方式，弘扬党建文化；改造并

利用现有的地形地貌和植被条件，营造自然野趣之美。

This project aims to effectively utilize and transform existing site conditions and resources, and create a citizen

leisure park with the core goal of showcasing party building

culture. The strategies adopted in the design are as follows:

to show the culture of party building with the clue of important records in the development and construction of the

CPC; Using weather resistant steel plates as the main material

for landscape architecture, promoting party building culture

through different ways of expression; Transform and utilize

existing terrain, landforms, and vegetation conditions to create the beauty of natural wilderness.

公交直通，紧邻城市中心和南洋机场，距大市区核心区 5 公里，距盐城

火车站 4 公里，具备独特的区位优势和环境优势，倚靠 100 多万人口的

大市区，配套设施完备，有利于为游客提供良好周到的服务，具有良好

的游客集散条件。

The Ocean Bay Scenic Area is located in the northeast corner of Yancheng

City, spanning both sides of Xinyang Port. It has a good natural environment,

developed transportation, direct public transportation, and is adjacent to

the city center and Nanyang Airport. It is 5 kilometers away from the core

area of the metropolitan area and 4 kilometers away from Yancheng Railway

Station. It has unique geographical and environmental advantages and relies

on the metropolitan area with a population of over 1 million. The supporting

facilities are complete, which is conducive to providing good and thoughtful

services for tourists and has good conditions for tourist distribution.

本项目位于江苏省盐城市盐都区。盐都区源于古盐城县，历史悠

久。2016 年盐都区被定为首批国家级产城融合示范区、第二批

国家全域旅游示范区。项目规划设计范围为盐城市盐都区中兴街

道周伙村、西南部施家湾及周伙村东南部田地，北临盐淮高速，

南邻反帝河，西至龙徐线。

This project is located in Yandu District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Yandu District originates from ancient Yancheng County and has a long history. In 2016, Yandu District was designated as one of the first national level demonstration zones for industry city integration and the second batch of

national comprehensive tourism demonstration zones. The scope of project planning and design includes Zhouhuo Village, Zhongxing Street, Yandu District,

Yancheng City, Shijiawan in the southwest, and the fields in the southeast of Zhouhuo Village. It is adjacent to the Yanhuai Expressway to the north, the

Anti Imperialist River to the south, and the Longxu Line to the west.

场采用盘龙遗址出土的“铜鉞”造型，两侧设置文化墙，展示足球文化元素

万象紫东城位于连云港海州区苑南路与凤翔路交汇处，项目采用简约雅致的现代美学

作为建筑设计理念，它代表的是对中国建筑精髓的提炼，在现代建筑风格上的再次创新，

并以现代人的审美、需求来打造一个富有现代特色的新式建筑风格，是一种优雅与从容，

是一种境界与智慧。示范区空间精小，我们需要精心设计参观流线，加强节点记忆和

小中见大的场景体验。主入口采用造景手法打造仪式感极强的入口景观，给与业主尊

贵体验感，绿植造景带来视觉上的美感，大门两侧采用迎客松，寓意着和平、包容、热情、

坚强的寓意，象征着海纳百川的美好品质。根据人行参观动线合理安排起承转合空间，

由人居主题贯穿始终，不同空间赋予层层递进的景观感受，感受空间的舒适感与品质感。

Vientiane Zidong City is located at the intersection of Yuannan Road and Fengxiang Road,

Haizhou District, Lianyungang. The project adopts simple and elegant modern aesthetics as

the architectural design concept. It represents the refinement of the essence of Chinese

architecture and the re-innovation of modern architectural style. It is a kind of elegance

and calmness, a kind of realm and wisdom to create a new architectural style with modern

characteristics according to the aesthetics and needs of modern people. The demonstration

area has a small space. We need to carefully design the visiting flow line to strengthen

the node memory and the scene experience of seeing the big in the small. The main entrance

adopts landscaping techniques to create an entrance landscape with a strong sense of ceremony, giving the owner a sense of distinguished experience. The green plant landscaping brings

visual beauty, and the welcoming pine on both sides of the gate means peace, tolerance,

enthusiasm and strength. The meaning of , symbolizes the beautiful quality of the sea and

all rivers. According to the circulation of pedestrians and visitors, the space for succession and transition is reasonably arranged, and the theme of human settlements runs through.

Different spaces give progressive landscape experience layer by layer, and feel the comfort

and quality of the space.

万象紫东城项目景观上采用了一轴、一心、一环、多组团的设计理念。一轴即为

主入口景观轴线，一心是漫享近 8000 ㎡的中央公园；一环是约 700M 漫步环道，

多组团的景观手法将整个小区打造成一个艺术主题的生活空间。并本着“本于自然，

高于自然”的原则将人工美和自然美巧妙地进行了结合，整体景观呈现为既有峰

回路转的好蕴意，又可达到移步换景的园林感官，在小区内能够真切感受到自然

与浪漫的存在。

The landscape of the Vientiane Purple East City project adopts the design concept of

one axis, one center, one ring, and multiple clusters. One axis is the main entrance

landscape axis, and the other center is the Central Park, which covers an area of

nearly 8000 square meters; The first ring is a walking ring road with a length of about

700m, and the multi group landscape techniques create an artistic themed living space

for the entire community. And based on the principle of “being rooted in nature and

above nature”, the artificial beauty and natural beauty are cleverly combined, presenting the overall landscape with both good connotations of winding paths and a sense

of changing scenery. In the community, one can truly feel the existence of nature and

万象琴岛壹号院北区项目位于连云港赣榆区黄海路与滨海路交汇处。设计与建筑协调统一，并结合景观流行趋势开阔创新。整体设计运用简

单线条元素，贯穿整个景观。丰富空间内涵，增加视觉冲击达到让业主休闲健身的同时也能享受到小区内部的美景，繁华的都市生活，一天

天紧张奔波的工作，让疲惫的身心拥有一个属于自己的休闲空间，“家”不仅是一个简单的住所，更多的是心的归宿。

Vientiane Qindao No. 1 Courtyard North Project is located at the intersection of Huanghai Road and Binhai Road in Ganyu District, Lianyungang. The

project covers a total area of about 72,300 square meters. The community adopts the simple and modern style of New Chinese and New Asia. The design

and architecture are coordinated and unified, and combined with the popular landscape trend, it is open and innovative. The overall design uses simple

line elements throughout the landscape. To enrich the spatial connotation and increase the visual impact, so that the owners can enjoy the beautiful

scenery inside the community, the prosperous urban life, and the busy work every day, so that the tired body and mind can have their own leisure space,

“home” Not just a simple residence, but more of a home for the heart.

连云港郡望府项目地块位于连云港市连云区新光路 8 号，项目一期、二期、三期、四期及幼儿园景观工程已全部建

设完成；总用地面积约为 19.5 万平方米。小区整体风格为现代风格，外立面的主要材料为浅黄色涂料、红色涂料、

灰色涂料。景观设计应与建筑立面风格协调、一致。

The Wangfu project in Lianyungang County is located at No. 8, Xinguang Road, Lianyungang District, Lianyungang City. The first, second, third, and

fourth phases of the project and the kindergarten landscape engineering have been completed; the total land area is about 195,000 square meters. The

overall style of the community is modern, and the main materials of the facade are light yellow paint, red paint, and gray paint. The landscape design

should be coordinated and consistent with the building facade style.
