二、若买受人未能按照《上海匡时拍卖有限公司拍卖规则》规定的时间足额付款，本公司有权不予退还买受人缴纳的保证金，具体办法
参见《上海匡时拍卖有限公司拍卖规则》第五十六条。
三、预竞投图录标示估价在人民币一百万元以下（含一百万元）的拍品，需缴纳十万元保证金；
预竞投图录标示估价在人民币一百万元以上，需缴纳三十万元保证金；
办理特殊号牌，需缴纳一百万元保证金。
四、对于往届拍卖会付款时间超过约定付款期限者，本公司将收取双倍保证金。
五、凡尚未结清匡时往届拍卖会拍品款者，恕不接受办理竞投手续。
六、根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》之规定，本图录中及拍卖前宣布增加的带有“※”标记之拍卖标的，禁止出境。
七、请各位买家于拍卖前仔细检查拍品的保存状态，并对您的竞买行为负责。品相报告中未说明的拍品保存状态，并不表示此件拍品没
有瑕疵。

一、竞买人若竞投成功，需缴纳的酬金比例以竞投人签订的《竞投登记交款单》及拍卖现场签署的《成交确认书》为准。
二、本场次拍卖成交后的买受人在未按约定付清全部拍卖价款及佣金时，不能在本场或其它场次的拍卖会上以其委托拍卖的拍品抵偿其
未付清款项。

mind the remarks show below.
I. Due to protect the right of consigners and bidders, we particularly to remind you to view the auction preview carefully and
items, and then bid cautiously as well.
II. If the bidders cannot follow the rules of <Shanghai council auction company’s auction regulation> to pay enough fund in time,
our company will reserve the right to unreturned the deposits, the details will be fi nd the 56th rule in <Shanghai council auction
company’s auction regulation>.
III.If intending to bid for the marked auction items with the price less than RMB 1 million Yuan (including 1 million), it is required to
prepay RMB 100,000 earnest money.
If intending to bid for the marked auction items with the price less than RMB 1 million Yuan, it is required to prepay RMB
300,000 earnest money.
A deposit of 1 million yuan is required to apply for a special license plate.
Ⅳ. For the bidder who postponed the payment period of previous auction, the company will charge double price as a deposit, and
also have to sign <special agreement>.
Ⅴ. Anyone who haven’t squared bill with Council international auction company, we will refused you to join in this auction.
Ⅵ. According to <Cultural relics protection law of the people’s Republic of China>, the items which are marked with “※” are prohibited by bring abroad.
VII. We advise all buyers to carefully examine the condition of the auction lots before the auction and before bidding. lf lot condition factors are not ac-counted for in the catalogue that does not mean the piece is without fl aw.
THE SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
I. If the bidder make the successful process of biding, and then the bidder should follow the rule of <Bid register payment> and <Confi rmation auction process> to pay the commission.
II. The bidder who hasn’t made a fully payment not allowed to use any item to counterbalance the payment in this or
other auction.
III. The bidding order is printed in this catalague.
