中央财经大学简介

中央财经大学是教育部、财政部和北京市人民政府共建的教育部直

属高校，是国家“双一流”建设、“211 工程”建设和首批“优势学科创新平台”

项目建设高校。

学校始建于 1949 年 11 月 6 日，创办之初由财政部主管，历经中央税

务学校、中央财政学院、中央财经学院、中央财政金融学院等发展阶段，

1996 年更名为中央财经大学，2000 年由财政部划转教育部直属管理，

2005 年成为国家“211 工程”重点建设高校，2006 年成为国家首批“优势学

科创新平台”项目建设高校，2012 年成为教育部、财政部和北京市人民

政府共建高校，2017 年成为国家“双一流”建设高校。

目前，IEC 与英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡、日本、韩国等海外多国高校建立

了广泛的多层次的深度合作。IEC 与中国教育部留学服务中心合作，高质量运营包括工商管理国际本科

等各种形式的出国留学培训项目。

中心项目借鉴国际先进的教学模式和课程方案，在中央财经大学雄厚师资实力的基础上，致力于为

学生出国留学提供全方位的培训和服务。并力争打造国内一流的高校国际教育品牌。

国际教育中心

中央财经大学国际教育中心（International

Education Center，简称 IEC)，是中央财经大学充

分发挥学校的优势教育资源、强化社会服务功能

而专门设立的、面向社会开展的国际化教育培训

机构。IEC 助力学校国际化事业的发展，着力打造

集国际教育办学、国际教育资源、留学教育研究、

留学教育服务为一体的综合性国际教育平台。

为贯彻国家“支持留学、鼓励回国、来去自由”的政策，满足广大留学回国人员及其他海外学

位获得者在中国升学、就业、申请科研基金等切身需求，中国（教育部）留学服务中心经国家

相关部委和国务院学位委员会批准，面向全国开展国外学历学位认证的工作，旨在鉴别国（境）

外学历学位证书或高等教育机构的合法性及真实性，为通过认证评估的国（境）外学历学位证

书出具书面认证证明，并为中国境内用人单位鉴别国（境）外学历学位证书提供依据和相关咨

询意见。

中国留学服务中心 / 中央财经大学出国留学培训项目成立于 2017 年 1 月，该出国留学培训

项目的成立是深入贯彻教育部有关精神，协助规范出国留学市场秩序、建立出国留学示范样板

的重要举措。

该出国留学培训项目依托中央财经大学优质的教学资源和师资，借鉴国际先进的教学模式，

致力于为我国学生出国留学提供全方位的培训和服务。中国留学服务中心对出国留学培训项目

的建设予以政策性指导并提供相关服务，中央财经大学负责出国留学培训项目的招生、教学和

学生管理。

项目介绍

学生在中央财经大学学习两年，开设的主要课程有英语强化培训课程与专业通识课程，所学课程与国外

大学直接对接，可豁免国外对接大学本科课程的部分学分，从而缩短在国外的学习时间，大大降低留学成本。

学生完成国内阶段培训课程并达到雅思要求后，直接申请进入国外对接院校继续深造，完成国外阶段规

定学业课程，获得对接院校大学本科学位，回国后其学历学位由中国（教育部）留学服务中心予以认证。

中央财经大学工商管理国际本

科项目（Inter national Education

Programme in Business Administration,

简称 IEP)，是经中国教育部留学服务中

心正式批准和备案的正规出国留学培训

项目。该项目依托中央财经大学优质的

教学资源和师资，借鉴国际先进的教学

模式，将国外高质量的课程体系与中央

财经大学优质教育资源相结合，开创国

际本科教育新模式，成为学生顺利进入

世界名校的最佳途径。

此外，与国外其他多所优质大学的学分豁免协议也已在洽谈及办理流程中，对接大学均可在教育部教

育涉外监管信息网上查询。

依据学生的不同需求，工商管理国际本科项目分为澳洲国立大学 / 蒙纳士大学专项班和英 / 美 / 澳 / 加

/ 新英才班。学生可根据自身情况，自由选择报考。

为留学归国人才提供精准高效的就业服务

在教育部国际司的指导下，教育部留学服务中心主办的国家留学人才就业服务平台于 2022 年 9

月 17 日上线。旨在通过专场直播、媒体引流、线上互动等形式为广大留学人员和用人单位搭建一

个专业的双向供需对接平台，用情用力解决好留学人员回国工作的问题，以实际行动践行“支持留学、

鼓励回国、来去自由、发挥作用”的留学工作方针。作为教育部主管的又一个国家级平台，国家留

学人才就业服务平台汇集各地方引才政策，面向全国各地区、各行业、各类型的用人单位和全球

留学人员开放，旨在打通留学人才市场信息壁垒，提供更加精准高效的就业服务。

培养模式

第一阶段 国内学习阶段（2 年）： 中央财经大学

学生在国内完成国外大学 1-2 年级专业通识课程，以及针对性的英语强化训练，所学课程经国外

对接院校评估可获得相应学分豁免。

第二阶段国外学习阶段（2-3 年）： 英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡等国高校

学生完成国内两年学习，雅思达到国外院校入学标准，可申请国外对接院校继续完成本科阶段专

业课程的学习，成绩合格即可获得国外对接院校颁发的学士学位证书，回国后中国（教育部）留

学服务中心予以认证。也可选择直接申请继续攻读硕士学位。

专业方向

项目合作专业大部分为财经类专业（经济类、管理类专业），包括金融管理、会计管理、

市场学、经济学、国际商务、工商管理、市场营销、国际贸易管理、旅游管理、人力资源管理等。

也可选择近些年来新兴的热门专业，如创业学、投资学、金融分析、商业智能、领导力管理、

物流与供应链管理等专业。

赵阳 博士 副教授

英国格拉斯哥大学亚当斯密商学院数量金融学博士，中央财经大学中国金融发展研究

院副教授。主要研究领域包括：风险管理、量化投资金融科技等。在各大国际财经 I

期刊发表论文二十余篇。担任 SSCI 学术期刊 Journal of Forecasting 副主编，以及 20

余本中英文学术期刊审稿人。

窦超 博士 副教授

清华大学经济管理学院会计系博士，中央财经大学商学院副教授。讲授课程：会计学、

财务报表分析、财务管理、实证公司金融、财务会计，主要研究领域：财务会计、资

本市场、公司金融。荣获：“财务理论前沿 2019 学术研讨会”优秀征文二等奖；第十八

届中国实证会计国际研讨会最佳论文奖 2019。

武修文 博士 副教授

中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院数学所博士，统计与数学学院副教授。研究方向：

金融数学、数学史与数学文化。主要著作：依里哈木，武修文《算法与代数学》中国

科学出版社；葛斌华，梁超，武修文《数学文化漫谈》经济科学出版社。所授课程：

微积分、概率论与数理统计、线性代数、专业英语和金融数学。

孟洁 博士 副教授

北京航空航天大学经济管理学院系统工程专业博士， 统计与数学学院教授，硕士研究

生导师，全国工业统计学教学研究会副秘书长。统计与数学学院副教授。研究方向：

复杂数据统计分析、成分数据分析。

沈蜜 博士 助理教授

美国阿拉巴马大学金融学博士。美国金融协会、美国金融管理研究协会、南方金融协

会成员。主要研究方向：行为公司财务、商业道德、公司治理、内幕交易、财务报表

班型介绍

澳大利亚国立大学 / 蒙纳士大学专项班（简称“专项班”）是由中央财经大学与澳大利亚国立大学和

蒙纳士大学合作举办的出国留学培训项目，采用 2+2 培养模式。学生完成中央财经大学工商管理

国际本科项目 2 年课程，并达到雅思要求后，可申请就读澳国立 或蒙纳士大学商科专业学士课程，

同时最多豁免 8 门课（48 学分）。成绩合格可获得相应学士学位证书，回国后中国（教育部）留

学服务中心予以认证。也可选择直接申请继续攻读硕士学位。

澳大利亚国立大学（The Australian National University）：是全澳享有国立大学资格的最高学府，

国际顶尖综合研究型大学，QS2022 世界排名 27 位；是澳大利亚八校联盟、环太平洋大学联盟、

国际研究型大学联盟、英联邦大学协会成员。

蒙纳士大学（Monash University）：澳大利亚五星级大学，QS2022 世界排名 58 位；澳大利亚

班型介绍

英 / 美 / 澳 / 加 / 新英才班（以下简称“英才班”）采用 2+2/3 的培养模式，分为国内培训和国外学

习两个阶段。国内阶段的学习，主要是在中央财经大学学习语言课程、通识课程和部分专业基础

课程。成绩合格并达到海外大学的入学要求后，学生赴国外大学学习，注册国外大学学籍，继续

攻读相应课程，取得国外大学学位。

有英国、美国、澳大利亚、加拿大、 新西兰、新加坡等国合作高校可以对接升学，学生可根据自身情况，

选择留学国家。国外大学将视国内学习情况豁免相应课程或学分，成绩合格获得相应学士学位证书，
