中航百安新能源电力有限公司 重点项目 乐胜风电场为中航百安新能源电力有限公司全资投建，位于吉林省大安市乐胜乡境内， 场址区域总占地面积34平方公里。乐胜风电场容量99MW，风 场分二 期 开 发 建 设 。 一 期 33 台 ， 单 机 容 量 1500kW 金 风 风 力 发 电 机 组 ， 配 套 的220kV升压变电站一次建成， 220kV出线为1回线，35kV进线6回。35kV电压无功自动补偿装置建设2组，一期于2013年 3月1日并网发电。二期25台风机，其中10台2MW惠德风机，15台2WM东汽风机，二期于2014年 4月25日并网。
