以免造成精密电子元器件污染和损坏，如有污损将会导致室内各项数据

指标检测异常、指令无法传输或传输错误，影响设备正常运行。

装修前应对通风管道进行保护，严禁拆改磕碰风管，拆改磕碰风管将

导致室内气流组织混乱、冷热不均、风量不均、无法达到健康舒适的

居住效果，甚至会导致绿色智慧健康建筑集成系统失效。

装修前应对各方间内的风口进行防尘保护，防止装修灰尘从风口进入

室内管道；如管道内有积尘，开机后会随着新风吹入室内，导致室内

二次污染。

严禁拆改或封闭阳台，绿色智慧健康建筑集成系统的设计需要经过严密

的数据计算和运行模拟，如果擅自改造将严重破坏设计效果、增加能耗，

严禁对公共配电设施、通讯设施、给排水管、户内强弱电箱、入户电源

线等施工节点进行拆改移位，因绿色智慧健康建筑集成系统的所有施工

节点都经过气密性和防热桥处理，如果随意破坏将导致建筑气密性降低、

产生热传导现象，进而导致能耗升高、甚至绿色智慧健康建筑集成系统

失效。如果必须改动，应减少改动范围并在专业人员的指导下进行，改

动完毕后必须进行专业的气密性封堵和防热桥处理。

严禁将双层百叶可调节风口更换为装饰型风口，以免影响导风效果、打

乱送风方向。

室内各房间门与地板之间应留有 20mm 以上缝隙作为溢流口，保障整

屋的空气循环流通。

足、憋风或无法送风等情况，达不到设计效果。

为风口预留的吊顶洞口尺寸应略大于风口尺寸，四周架设木龙骨，百叶

风口与风管之间应预留 150mm-300mm 软连接安装距离，软连接应为

帆布材质且必须完全撑开，避免因帆布堵塞风口影响送风、回风效果。

送风口下方吊顶灯槽不宜过宽、灯槽立板不宜过高，以免遮挡送风通道、

影响送风效果，导致室内达不到健康舒适的温度。

单层薄金属吊顶材料，以免产生共振且扩音传声，同时禁止吊顶龙骨遮

应对吊顶内采取隔声降噪吸音等处理措施，常用方式是在吊顶空间内进

行六面满贴厚度≥ 50mm 的蛋壳吸音棉，并确保每一面粘贴吸音棉后

与环境一体机仍有一定空间距离。（如果不考虑成本因素，可以选用级

别更高的隔音材料或隔音措施）

选用烟机时，应型号适当，排风量不易过大，防止室内烟机排风与补风

失衡；安装烟机时，应使用预留排烟孔洞，严禁自行在烟道上开孔，以

免破坏烟道气密性，同时应安装气密性良好的烟道止回阀并做好密封处

理，避免出现厨房串味。

为防止室内出现负压现象，保障烟机排风与补风平衡，烟机开启时应同

步打开厨房补风装置；厨房补风装置不宜遮挡，如需安装橱柜应选用百

叶柜门，保障补风效果。

严禁选用机械密封型地漏，宜选用水封型地漏，对不经常使用的水封型

地漏定期补水，确保水封持续发挥作用，防止污浊气体向室内倒灌。

Before decoration, dust proof protection measures should be taken for

intelligent controller, intelligent detector and environmental all in-one machine

to avoid pollution and damage of precision electronic components. If there is

dirt, it will lead to abnormal detection of indoor data indicators, instructions

cannot be conveyed or transfer error, then it will effect the normal operation.

Before decoration, the ventilation pipe should be protected, and it is strictly

prohibited to dismantle and bump against the air duct. Demolition and bump

against the air duct will lead to indoor air flow disorder, uneven cold and heat,

uneven air volume, unable to achieve healthy and comfortable living effect, and

even lead to theinvalidity of the ultra low energy comsumption.

Before decoration, the air outlet in all parties shall be protected to prevent the
