Compressed air is an important power widely used in various

fields of industry. The air around us after the gas is compressed,

the amountof water vapor and dust contained in unit volume rises

sharply,withduring the compression process,the water vapor and

oil mist in the air condense into small droplets, and then mix with

high concentrationThe dust is mixed to form mostly acidic sludge.

If there is no compressed air aftertreatment equipment,These

acidic sludge will enter the air pipeline, corrode the pipeline

materials and damage the pneumatic tools and equipment.Finally,

the product quality will decline,the production will stagnate, the

maintenance cost will increase, and the health and safety will be

affected threats.

◼ The purification system is selected based on the rated air

pressure and pressure of the air compressor.

◼ The dryer model is selected based on the inlet air temperature,

rated air volume,rated pressure and ambient temperature.

◼ Choose which type of dryer to configure based on the dryness it

means the dew point value.

◼ Based on the oil and dust content index,select and configure

several stages of overspeed, and confirm the type of filter

◼ The process of compressed air drying and purification is mainly a

process of drying and filtering,but so a process of deceasing

temperature.Temperature plays an important role in the

purification process,the inlet temperature and ambient

temperature directly affect the drying and purification effect.

◼ In the whole compressed air system, the setting of air tank also

plays an important role. Because it has the functions of stabilizing

air flow,cooling,drain contamination and storing gas,So an air

tank shall be set between the compressed air and the drying and

purification equipment, and between the drying and purification

equipment and the terminal gas consumption point.

If acid sludge enters the air pipe network, the problems

caused by it will appear soon. Here are some common

questions:

◼ The frequency of damage of pneumatic tools and

equipment is accelerated and the service life is reduced

◼ The final product and other materials that may come into

contact with compressed air will be damaged or the

quality grade will be reduced

◼ Corroded compressed air lines may leakage,wasting

compressed air and energy. In fact, a leak of only 3mm

will generate3.7KW of ebergy consumption,which means

an additional energy cost of 18,000 yuan per year.

合格的干燥系统应具备的条件

The Conditions Of The Qualified Drying System

◼ 以空气压缩机的额定气量和压力为依据,选择净化系

统。

◼ 以进气温度、额定气量、额定压力值及周围环境温度

为依据,选择干燥机型号。

◼ 以干燥度即露点值的高低为依据,选择配置何种类型

的干燥器。

◼ 以含油量指标、含尘量指标的高低为依据,选择配置

几级过滤,并确认过滤器的类型。

◼ 压缩空气干燥净化的流程主要是干燥、过滤的过程,

同时也是一个温度不断降低的过程。温度在净化中扮演

着重要的角色,进气温度、环境温度都直接影响干燥、

净化的效果。

◼ 在整个压缩空气系统中,储气罐的设置也起着重要的

作用。因储气罐有稳定气流、冷却、排污、储存气体的

作用,所以在压缩空气和干燥净化设备之间、干燥净化

设备和终端用气点之间都应设置储气罐。

工作原理

Working principle

压缩空气首先进入预冷却器(20、21)进行初步冷却,

再引入气对气热交换器(回热器)(1),由冷却的排出

空气进一步降温,并将冷凝出的水排出机外。然后流入

气对制冷剂的热交换器(蒸发器)(2),由制冷系统进

一步冷却。

压缩空气经过预冷却器(20、21)、回热器⑴和蒸发器

(2)逐步冷却后,空气中水汽凝结成液态水珠,经气

液分离器

(3)分离出液态水。经过气液分离器(3)的干燥冷却

空气通过气对气热交换器(回热器)(1)的另一流程,

在离开干燥机时被升温。

The compressed air first enters the pre-cooler(20、21) for

precooling. Then goes to the heat exchanger(l)is introduced,which is

further cooled by the cooled exhaust air,and the condensed water is

discharged out of the machine.The gas then folws into the heat

exchanger(evaporator)(2)of the refrigerant,which is cooled by the

refrigeration system.

After the compressor air is gradually cooled by the precooler(20,21),regenerator(1)andevaporator (2),the water vapor in the

air condenses into liquid water droplets and passes through the gasliquid separator(3)to separate liquid water.The dried and cooled air

passing through the gas-liquid separator(3) passesthrough another

flow of the gas-to-gas heat exchanger(recuperator)(1) and is heated

up as it leaves the dryer.

工作原理

Working principle

无热再生吸附式压缩空气干燥机是利用干燥剂材料

本身所特有的微孔,根据毛细作用吸附空气中的水

分子,同时根据卸压脱附和吸附余热升温来脱去所

吸附的水分。设备一般制成双筒形式,在程序控制

器的控制下,两筒交替工作,一筒吸附水分,另一

筒解吸再生,连续循环地工作。

Heatless Purge Desiccant Air Dryer is using micro holes in the

desiccant itself,adsorbing the moisture in the air because of

capillary,desorbing it by pressure drop and adsorbing extraheat.The equipment has two towers,and under the controller

program,one is for absorbing the water,other is for desorbing

purge,continuous cycle operation.

进气温度(Inlet temperature):0〜45°C

进气含油量(Inlet oil content): ≤0.01 mg/m3

工作压力(Working pressure): 0.6〜1.0 MPa

压力露点(Dew point): -20°C 〜-70°C

再生气量(Purge air): ≤ 12%〜15%

干燥剂(Desiccant):活性氧化铝和分子筛(activated aluminum & molecular siere)

再生方式(Purge mode):无热再生(heatless purge)

工作方式(Working method):两吸附筒交替连续工作 (Alternating continuous working

between two towers)

周期(Working periods): T=4~20分钟

控制方式(Control mode):微机程序控制(Microcomputer program contrl)

Externally Heated Purge Desiccant Air Dryer is a new

economic product developed by our company; This series

product integrating advantages of heat-exists purge and heatless

purge, externally heating the purge type air, reduce it's

consumption. It efficiently avoids the heatless purg of short

switching time and consuming most of the purge air.At the same

time avoids the wasting electricity of heat-exists air dryer.

This product has got rationally switch time, little purge air

consumption, also being the most economical Desiccant

Dryer in this line and widely used in metallurgy, electricity,

electronic, food; chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, light

industry, cigarette, apparatus, auto industry and so on.

微热再生压缩空气干燥机是我公司设计和研制,达到
