已然是2022年了，天树的又一本“画册”终于完成。这本画册取名“901”，是按照每三年一册的惯

例，记录和展示天树2019、2020和2021这三年的项目成果及难忘瞬间。

在过往的画册中，每一期都涵盖有天树的重要时刻。这期也不例外：2021年，天树迎来了25岁生日。

四分之一个世纪，很短，也很长。相对于中国企业的平均寿命，它超出97%的企业！单就这一点来

讲，天树已相当不易。

25年不易，“901”这三年更不易：经济降速叠加疫情肆虐，是全球恐慌、危机及动荡的三年。然而

天树还算幸运，未雨绸缪、顽强拼搏，抓住了最重要的机遇，闯过了这段动荡时期。

在这三年里，“环球影城”来到中国、落户北京，给天树带来机遇。得益于2014、2015年天树在上

海迪士尼标识项目上的优秀表现这颗“种子”，天树顺利入围环球项目。经过公司员工不懈努力，天

树中标了八个标段。机遇也是挑战：工期紧迫、工作量大、要求“严苛”。八个合同的圆满完成，既

展示了天树的高品质产品理念和细致全面的服务意识，也为天树的成长注入了新的养分。开园后，天

树还有幸成为“北京环球影城”运营期指定服务商。

在这三年里，北京与张家口成功举办了冬奥会。参与冬奥会是每一个东道主的职责和荣耀。由天树

设计建造的2022冬奥会开幕倒计时牌塔，在冬奥联合城市张家口市民广场伫立闪烁了1000个日日夜

夜，极大扩展了冬奥的影响力，得到了冬奥组委的表彰与广大市民的喜爱。

在这三年里天树还完成了一系列的重大项目。像坐落于奥林匹克中心区的亚洲基础设施投资银行总部

大楼、位于北京CBD核心区的三星集团中国总部、北京冬奥组委所在地北京首钢园；还有中国金币集

团、北京协和医院、重庆来福士、西安秦文明广场等等，这些响当当的名字，是一个品牌在提升市场

价值上的最佳诠释。

在这三年里，除了对新项目的开拓，我们与老客户的默契合作也一直保持延续。先后与中国国际贸易

中心合作完成了国贸大厦、国贸公寓、中国大饭店及国贸停车场等多个新建或改建项目；与香港太古

地产合作完成北京三里屯太古里若干个项目的更新与改造；完成了英格卡集团新建的长沙荟聚中心

（长沙宜家）以及北京荟聚的改造；参与建设中粮集团新的商业品牌大兴春风里、丰台春风里项目，

完成了祥云小镇标识设计制作更新项目等；还完成了清华大学光华路大厦新建及清华美院改造等项

目；美国康宁是天树合作超过十年的客户，这三年我们又陆续完成了广州康宁、武汉康宁、绵阳康宁

等全国多家生产基地的标识配套工作，重庆康宁仍在进行中......这些都是天树无比珍贵的财富！

追溯过去是为了成就未来。天树走过的每一步都寄予着梦想、承载着汗水，都离不开朋友们的厚爱。

Already into 2022, another “project album” by Trycool is finally done. This album, named “901”, records and shows project

achievements and unforgettable moments of Trycool in the past three years of 2019, 2020 and 2021 according to its

habitual practice of one album every three years.

Each of the past albums covers important moments of Trycool. This issue is of no exception: in 2021, Trycool embraced its

25th birthday. A quarter of century is very short yet very long as well. Relative to the average life of Chinese companies, it

exceeds 97% of companies! In this regard alone, Trycool has gotten by really hard.

25 years were not easy, even so were the past three years: economic slowdown coupled with the sweeping pandemic led

to three years of global panic, crisis and turbulence. However, Trycool was fortunate enough to seize the most important

opportunity and ride out this period of turbulence by planning ahead and working hard.

In these three years, “Universal Studios” came to China and settled in Beijing, bringing Trycool opportunities. Thanks

to its excellent performance as the “seed” on Shanghai Disney signage projectin 2014 and 2015, Trycool made its way

into the bid for the Universal Resort project. With painstaking efforts of the company employees, Trycool won eight bid

packages. Opportunities are also challenges: tight project schedule, heavy workload and “demanding” requirements.

The successful completion of eight contracts not only demonstrates the high-quality product ideas and detailed,

comprehensive service consciousness of Trycool, but also injected new nourishments into Trycool’s growth. After the

resort was opened, Trycool was lucky to become the designated service provider for the operation period of “Universal

Beijing Resort”.

In these three years, Beijing and Zhangjiakou successfully held Winter Olympics. Participation in Winter Olympics is the

duty and honor of each host. The 2022 Winter Olympics countdown tower designed and built by Trycool stood and glittered

for 1,000 days and nights on the civic square of Zhangjiakou, a co-host city of Winter Olympics, greatly expanding the

influence of Winter Olympics, praised by the organizing committee for the Winter Olympics and loved by all citizens.

In these three years, Trycool also accomplished a series of high-profile projects, like the AIIB HQ Building located in

the central Olympic district, Samsung China HQ located in the core CBD area of Beijing, and Beijing Shougang Park

where the organizing committee for Winter Olympics Beijing is located; as well as China Gold Coin Group, Peking Union

Medical College Hospital, Raffles Chongqing and Daqin Civilization Square Xi’an, all these resounding names are the best

manifestations of a brand in improving its market value.

In these three years, in addition to new project acquisitions, our tacit cooperation with regular customers has been

sustained. Many new or reconstruction projects such as China World, China World Apartments, China World Hotel

and China World Parking Lots were completed in cooperation with China World Trade Center; renewal and renovation

of several projects like TaiKoo Li Sanlitun were completed in cooperation with Swire Properties; renovation of Livat

Changsha (IKEA Changsha) and Livat Beijing newly built by INGKA Group was completed; we participated in construction

of Breeze Daxing and Breeze Fengtai, two new commercially branded real estate projects of COFCO, and completed

the design and fabrication of signage for renovation of Shine Hills; we also completed construction of Guanghua Road

Office Building of Tsinghua University and renovation of Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University; Corning Inc.

is a customer that Trycool has been cooperating with for more than a decade, and we successively completed signage

supporting work for many production bases of Corning in China such as Corning Guangzhou, Corning Wuhan and Corning

Mianyang, with Corning Chongqing still underway….all of these are invaluable wealth of Trycool!

Tracing to the past is to achieve success in the future. Every step of Trycool promises dreams and carries hard work and

would be impossible without generous support of all stakeholders.

北京环球度假区，位于北京市通州区，是亚洲第三座、全球第五座环球影城主题乐园。2001年，北京市政府和美国环球

主题公园度假区集团签署了合作意向书。2015年，签署了合资协议。同年11月，基础工程启动建设。2021年9月1日开

始试运行，9月20日正式开园。

从2016年9月22日我们收到环球第一封访问邮件、我们第一次亲临现场看到的还是一片荒地开始，整整过去了五年。五

年来，我们为北京环球影城倾注了热情、挥洒了汗水，也成为了北京环球影城主题公园、两家度假酒店、城市大道等标识

标牌重要的参建者。

其中主要成果如：“迎宾LOGO”位于交通枢纽中停车场的主要入口处，给到访的游客以最为亲切的感受；“城市大

道”是进入环球度假区必经之路，这里可以品尝到各种美食和购买到精美的商品；“巧克力工厂”是环球度假区重要的标

志性建筑之一，是游客必拍照打卡之地；“环球大酒店”是全球首家以环球品牌命名的主题酒店，再现好莱坞电影黄金时

代的辉煌与风华，同时还采用了极具辨识度的好莱坞标志装饰；“诺金酒店”坐落于主题乐园度假区的半岛，景区水系环

绕，设计灵感源于清代园林圆明园，闹中取静；“好莱坞大道”步入环球主题公园，首先跃入视野的第一个主题景区便是

一幢幢闻名遐迩的“世界电影殿堂”好莱坞标志性建筑，游客仿佛置身星光熠熠的好莱坞林荫大道，并有幸和怪物史奎

克、玛丽莲梦露等电影明星来场偶遇；“侏罗纪世界努布拉岛”在这里游客可以来到6500万年前的侏罗纪时代，和迅猛

龙说声“嗨”。这里有飞龙居、飞跃侏罗纪、侏罗纪世界大冒险、侏罗纪营地等项目；“小黄人”其设计灵感源于照明娱

乐公司打造的最成功的系列动画电影之一《神偷奶爸》。小黄人景区拥有适合全家人一起冒险的游乐场，与顽皮捣蛋的小

黄人互动，观赏新颖表演，体验新奇娱乐。

Universal Beijing Resort, located in Tongzhou District, Beijing, is the third Universal Studios theme park in Asia

and the fifth one in the world. In 2001, Beijing municipal government signed cooperation intention agreement with

Universal Parks and Resorts. In 2015, a joint venture agreement was signed. In November 2015, the foundation

works began construction. The resort was put into trial operation on September 1, 2021 and was officially opened on

September 20.

Five years have passed since we received the first visiting email from Universal on September 22, 2016, when what

we saw on the first-time field visit was a piece of barren land. Over the past five years, we poured passion and

worked hard for Universal Beijing Resort, and also became an important co-builder of logos and signage of theme

parks, two resort hotels and City Avenue in Universal Beijing Resort.

The main achievements are as follows: the “welcome LOGO” is located at the main entrance to the parking lots of

the transport hub, giving visiting tourists the kindest feeling; the “city avenue” is the only way to the Resort, where

tourists can taste various delicacies and buy exquisite commodities; the “chocolate factory” is one of important

iconic buildings in the resort, a go-to place for tourists; “Universal Grand Hotel ” is the first theme hotel named

after the Universal brand in the world, reproducing the glories and charms of golden age of Hollywood films and

also decorated with the highly distinguishable Hollywood mark; “NUO Hotel” is located on the peninsular of the

theme park resort area, surrounded by waterways and inspired by the Old Summer Palace, an imperial garden of

Qing Dynasty that features tranquility amid the hustling and bustling; the “Hollywood Avenue”, when stepping into

the Universal theme park, the first theme scenic area coming into sight is an array of famous iconic buildings of

Hollywood “the movie capital of the world”, where tourists feel like being personally present at the starry Hollywood

boulevard and are blessed to have causal encounter with movie stars like the Monster Shrek and Marilyn Monroe;

“Nublar Island in the Jurassic World”, where tourists can come to the Jurassic age 65 million years ago to say

“hi” to velociraptors. There are many attractions such as den of flying dragon, flying over Jurassic, Jurassic World

Adventure and Jurassic camp; “Minions”, inspired by “Despicable Me”, one of the most successful animated movie

series created by Illumination Entertainment. The minions attraction has a playground suitable for family adventure,

where tourists can interact with naughty minions, appreciate novel shows and experience exotic entertainment.
