New Area. It has an important location and high-end positioning. The total land area of the project is 62770m2, the total building area is 249756m2, the plot ratio is 2.8,

and the total capacity area is 175756m2. The general layout of the project emphasizes the axis order, creates multi-level cluster space, staggers the layout in a dot fashion,

and creates super building spacing. The external facade is a public building design, with a large area of low glass through horizontally and combined with the shape of

gable aluminum plate to create the facade effect of curtain wall. The landscape design is based on the design concept of "surrounded by mountains and rivers, with

charming rivers and mountains". The local culture and landscape pattern are organically integrated into the site, and various landscape paintings with unique temperament

are created.

裙房商业,以及6栋独立商业。总图布置采用以两轴贯穿,一心串联,主次商业景观节点引领融合串联整个商业街区。立面设计采用现代手法,以幕墙与窗

墙的建筑体块虚实结合的交融,以竖向线条为主突显超高层建筑的挺拔感,辅以横向线条丰富整体立面的细节表达,加之斜切塔冠的造型处理,彰显超高

层群落的地域标志性。建筑色彩采用冷灰色与米白色,进一步提升强化项目整体的都市轻奢高级感。

The Wanxiangli project is located at the gateway of Fengdong New Town, Xixian New District, with a total construction area of 487,782.67 square meters. There are 1

super high-rise office building, 7 super high-rise LOFTs, 1 high-rise flat-floor apartment-style office and its subsidiary podium business, and 6 independent businesses. The

layout of the general plan is run through two axes, one center is connected in series, and the primary and secondary commercial landscape nodes lead the integration and

connection of the entire commercial block. The façade design adopts modern techniques. The curtain wall and the window wall combine the virtual and the real. The

vertical lines are mainly used to highlight the uprightness of the super high-rise buildings, supplemented by horizontal lines to enrich the details of the overall façade. The

shape treatment of the tower crown highlights the regional iconicity of the super high-rise community. The architectural colors are cool gray and off-white, which further

enhances and strengthens the overall urban light luxury and high-end sense of the project.

broadness and breadth of Han culture and the openness and inclusiveness of Tang culture make Xi'an colleagues with strong cultural strength also pay attention to

communication and inclusiveness. The concept of the building façade is derived from bamboo slips and city walls, and is interpreted in terms of color tone, detailed

structure and the relationship between virtual and real, reflecting the traditional spatial imagery.
