聚丙烯酰胺（阴）

产品介绍

高分子阴离子聚丙稀酰胺具有优良的絮凝、增稠、脱水等作用。

应用工艺

本品预先配制成0.1-0.5％浓度水溶液，然后再兑稀成0.01-0.1％

浓度的投放液，按不同的待处理计量投放。

包装及储存

本品吸潮，不宜露空放置，避免日晒、雨淋；密封储存期2年，

长期存放，使用效果会下降，但仍可使用。本产品采用外以聚丙

烯编织袋、内以聚乙烯薄膜袋双层包装，每袋20公斤。

阴离子聚丙烯酰胺溶解注意事项

1、投放的浓度范围：0.1~0.25mg/ L

2、应在搪瓷、不锈钢或塑料容器内溶解。

3、聚丙烯酰胺干粉均匀缓慢地加入。

4、溶解时的适宜温度30-60℃。

5、溶解时应低速（40-60转／分）搅拌，否则，将造成未溶解的\"鱼眼\"产生和降解。

阴离子聚丙烯酰胺优势

絮凝性： PAM 能使悬浮物质通过电中和，架桥吸附作用，起絮凝作用。粘合性：能通过机械的、物理的、化学的

作用，起粘合作用。

降阻性： PAM 能有效地降低流体的摩擦阻力，水中加入微量 PAM 就能降阻50-80%。

增稠性： PAM 在中性和酸性条件下均有增稠作用，当 PH 值在10以上 PAM 容易水解。

阴离子聚丙烯酰胺适用范围

1．对悬浮颗粒，较粗、浓度高、粒子带阳电荷，水的 PH 值为中性或碱性的污水，电镀、线路板、造纸、印染、漂

染、制革等污水处理，效果理想。

2．促进污泥浓缩，改善污泥脱水性能，提高压滤机等脱水设备工作效率，泥饼含水率低。

3．纺织印染助剂生产中的增稠、分散。印染废水的脱色、澄清和污泥的压滤处理。

4．过去水厂采用无机絮凝剂，但投加量大，造成污泥量增大效果不好。采用阴离子聚丙烯酰胺作絮凝剂，投加量

是无机絮凝剂的1/50，但效果是无机絮凝剂的数倍，甚至几十倍。对于有机物污染严重的江河水和阳离子聚丙烯酰

胺配合使用效果更好。

Cautions

1.Concentration range put in :0.1-0.25mg/ L 2.It should be dissolved in enamel , stainless steel or plastic

Advantages

Flocculation : PAM flocculates the suspended substance through electricity neutralicetion and bridge

adsorption . Adhesiveness : can be adhesice by mechanical , physical and chemical action .

Reduce resistance : PAM can effectively lower the friction of the fluid .

Thickening : PAM is thickening effectively in neutral and acidic conditions , when the PH value is higher 10

PAM will be hydrolysis .

Application

1.Good effect on sewage treatment of suspended particles , coarse , high concentration , positive charge

particels , neutral or alkaline sewage , also used widely in electroplating , circuit board , paper , printing ,

bleaching , leather industry .

2.It can promote sludge concentration , improve sludge dewatering performance , improve efficiency of

dewatering equipment such as filter press , and make the moisture content of mud cake low .

3.It' s used for thickening and dispersing in the production of textile auxiliaries . It ' s also used for

clarification and sludge filtration treatment decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater .

4.It is better than inorganic flocculants during the treatment of water plants . For river water with heavy

organic pollutants , it will work better with cationic polyacrylamide .

聚合氯化铝

产品介绍

聚合氯化铝简称 PAC ，是黄色或淡黄色粉末固体，易溶于水，溶液为黄褐

色透明液体，对水中悬浮物有极强的吸附性，从而达到净化目的。主要用

于工业废水的净化及河涌、工业用水的净水处理。

包装及储存

本品外以聚丙烯编织袋、内以聚乙烯薄膜双层包装，每袋净重25kg。储

存于干燥通风的地方，不得与有毒，易燃，易腐蚀品混放，保质期1年。

使用方法

将本产品与自来水按照1:10-15倍稀释成溶液后投用。可根据污水的不同

浊度测定最佳投加量，正常投量50-700PPM。

产品优势

1、成絮凝体速度快、块大、活性高、沉降分离迅速。

2、混渣脱水性能好，对废水的 PH 值温度、浊度、碱度等适应范围广，处理后出水 PH 改变小，成本低，效益高，用

Polyaluminium chloride

Features

Polyaluminum chloride , or PAC for short , is a yellow or light yellow powder solid , soluble in water , the solution is a tawny

transparent liquid , with strong adsorption to the suspended substance in water , so as to achieve the purpose of purification .

It is mainly used for purification of industrial waste water and water treatment for river and industrial water.

Package & Storage

The product is packed in polypropylene bag with polyethylene film inside ,25kg per bag . It should be stored in a dry and

ventilated place . It should not be mixed with poisonous , inflammable and corrodible products , and the quality guarantee

period should be 1 year.

Application

This product should be diluted with tap water into solution by 1:10-15.The optimal dosage of this product can be determined

according to the turbidity of waste water , and the normal dosage is 50-700ppm.

次氯酸钠

产品介绍

次氯酸钠是强氧化剂，用作漂白剂、氧化剂及水净化剂用于造纸、纺织、

轻工业等，具有漂白、杀菌、消毒的作用。

包装及运输

本产品采用塑料桶密封包装，每桶25kg。起运时包装要完整，装载应稳

妥。运输过程中要确保容器不泄漏、不倒塌、不坠落、不损坏。严禁与

酸类、食用化学品等混装混运。运输时运输车辆应配备泄漏应急处理设

备。运输途中应防曝晒、雨淋，防高温。公路运输时要按规定路线行驶，

勿在居民区和人口稠密区停留。

适用范围

1、用于纸浆、纺织品（如布匹、毛巾、汗衫等）、化学纤维和淀粉的漂白；

2、化学工业用于生产水合肼、单氯胺、双氯胺；

液碱

产品介绍

液碱即液态状的氢氧化钠，亦称烧碱、苛性钠。现有氯碱厂由于生产工艺

的不同，液碱的浓度通常为30-32%或40-42%。

产品包装

本产品采用塑料桶密封包装，每桶25kg。

产品性质

纯品为无色透明液体。相对密度1.328-1.349，熔点318.4°℃，沸点

1390℃。工业品多含杂质，主要为氯化钠及碳酸钠等，有时还有少量氧

化铁。当溶成浓液碱后，大部分杂质会上浮液面，可分离除去。

产品用途

本产品是重要的化工基原料，用途极广。化学工业用于制造甲酸、草酸、硼砂、苯酚、氰化钠及肥皂、合成脂肪酸、

合成洗涤剂等。纺织印染工业用作棉布退浆剂、煮练剂、丝光剂和还原染料、海昌蓝染料的溶剂。冶炼工业用制造氢

氢氧化钠

产品介绍

氢氧化钠，俗称烧碱、火碱、苛性钠，是一种具有很强腐蚀性的强碱，

一般为片状或颗粒状，易溶于水，溶于水时放热并形成碱性溶液，另有

潮解性，易吸取空气中的水蒸气（潮解）和二氧化碳（变质）。氢氧化

钠是常见的化工品之一。纯品是无色透明的晶体．密度2.130g/cm3。熔

点318.4°℃。沸点1390℃。工业品含有少量的氯化钠和碳酸钠，是白色

不透明的晶体。有块状，片状，粒状和棒状等。

产品标准

本厂生产的氢氧化钠产品严格按照 GB /T209国家标准进行生产，通过

国家完善计量检测体系确认，采用国际标准验收。

包装与储存

本产品采用外以聚丙烯编织袋、内以聚乙烯薄膜袋双层包装，贮存于通风、干燥的库房，注意防潮、防雨。每袋

应用范围

氢氧化钠被广泛应用于水处理。在污水处理厂，氢氧化钠可以通过中和反应减小水的硬度。在工业领域，是离子交换

产品介绍

高效复合碱别名活性碱，可代替烧碱和纯碱在化工工业用途上的位置。高效

复合碱的优势在于其价格比烧碱和纯碱便宜很多，性价比也高于纯碱、烧碱。

高效复合碱在污水处理方面的处理效果能代替甚至超越烧碱，而且用料更省

效果更好。

应用范围

1.作为强碱性药剂絮凝中和酸性废水或者重金属废水，使酸性废水成为中性。

适用范围

使用时可将 COD 用水溶解再投加，或先加入溶解罐进行搅拌，用泵投加到反应池、回调池或排放口。根据废水中的

注意事项

1.该产品属无机碱性腐蚀物品。注意防潮湿，防雨淋，防晒。避免与酸类接触。装卸时要轻拿轻放，防止包装破损。

2.使用配置该产品药液时，做好安全防护措施，操作人员必须戴护目镜、防尘口罩、穿戴耐酸碱手套。

3.操作完毕后，利用压缩空气吹走身上的粉末，避免接触到皮肤；

4.一旦接触到皮肤，用大量清水冲洗；若不小心进入眼睛，立即用干毛巾擦拭干净。再用大量的清水冲洗，必要时立

除磷剂

产品介绍

除磷剂是一种以铁离子为核心的多羟基多络合体的复合阳离子型无机高分子絮凝剂，对带负电荷的磷酸根产生强烈络

合作用，同时，其水解产物可以吸附相当量的磷化合物。

产品包装

本产品采用塑料桶密封包装，25公斤／桶。

使用方法

1、将本品按污水进水量大小，用清水稀释为5-10％的溶液，混合均匀后投加，可以加在二沉池前，最好加在接触氧

化池。

2、本品投加量是视污水中总磷情况的不同，药剂耗量也不同。具体使用量需通过玻杯小试及生产试验确定。

3、稀释后的药剂应在八小时内用完。

使用时可将本产品直接投加，或先加入溶解罐，浓度为10~20%，搅拌，用泵投加到反应池。本产品适用的 pH 值

范围广，在酸性条件下使用效果尤佳，使用量约为100~1000ppm（即0.1~1公斤／吨废水），根据废水中磷酸根的含量

不同其用量有所差异，具体用量一般通过实验确定。

实验时取一定量的原水，加入适量的本产品（如500ppm)，将废水 pH 值调节至7~8，加入少量聚丙烯酰胺 PAM 絮

凝沉淀，过滤取上清液测定磷的含量。（如需处理重金属，用上清液进行二次处理即可。)FeCI3、及AICI3溶液充分混

合均匀后加入 NaOH 溶液，三者摩尔比为3:2:14；混合反应并静置后滤出生成物，用水反复洗涤至出水为中性；于

100-110℃下烘干并制成尺寸均匀的粒状吸附剂。

charged phosphate ions , and hydrolysate can adsorb phosphorus compounds .

No toxic , harmless , safe and environment - friendly . Total phosphorus removal rate can reach 99%.

Application

1.This product shall be diluted into 5-10% solution with clean water according to the amount of sewage water , and then

added after mixing evenly . It can be added before the second sedimentation tank , and preferably added in the contact

oxidation pool .

2.The dosage of this product depends on the total phosphorus in the sewage , and the dosage of agent is also different .

The specific usage amount shall be determined by glass mini test and production test .

3.The diluted agent should be used within 8 hours .

When used , the product can be added directly , or added into the dissolution tank and stirring advance , concentration of

10~-20%, and pump into the reaction tank . This product is applicable to a wide range of pH value , and is particularly

effective under acidic conditions . Its usage amount is about 100-1000ppm( i . e .,0.1-1kg/ T waste water ). Its dosage

varies according to the content of phosphate in the waste water .

During the experiment , an appropriate amount of this product ( such as 500ppm) was added into the waste water to

adjust the pH value to 7-8. Add a small amount of polyacrylamide PAM , flocculated and precipitation , take few of the

supernatant and filter to determine the content of phosphorus .( if heavy metals need to be treated , use the clear liquid

for secondary treat -ment .)FeCI3 and AICI3 solutions were mixed thoroughly and evenly , and then added with NaOH

solution . The molar ratio of the three solutions was 3:2:14.The product was filtered out after the mixing reaction and

static , and the product was washed repeatedly until the effluent was neutral . InDry at 100-110° C and made it into

uniform size granular adsorbent .
