1998年，三位致力于实业报国，改变中国粉末冶金落后面貌的有志青

年在四川省成都市创立了惠州新宏泰的前身成都宏泰粉末冶金有限公

司。经过20余年的发展，现公司已发展成为资产过亿、在广东、四川、

江苏、浙江等地设有分支机构的综合性国家高新技术企业。其产品销

售网络覆盖全国20多个省市，以过硬的产品品质赢得了客户的一致赞

誉 ，赢得了业界的认可与尊重，在同行中颇负盛名。

新宏泰是一家集研发、生产、销售粉末冶金零部件于一身的国家级高新技术企业、广东省专精特新中小企业、广东省科技型与创新型中小企业。拥

有各种规格的成形与整形设备200余台，烧结设备十余台套以及满足各类需求的检测设备。主要生产铁基、不锈钢基、铜基等高强度结构零件及铜基、

铁基、铁铜基各类精密、低噪音、高性能含油轴承。近年来公司大力发展粉末冶金压制结构零件与注射成型，引进了大批国内知名品牌PM与MIM生

产设备。增加钨镍铁、钨镍铜以及高比重零件生产工艺。目前年生产能力为各类零件3000吨，约10亿多只。广泛应用于汽车、电机、家用电器、办公

设备、压缩机、电动工具、玩具、锁具等多个行业。公司现有各类工程技术人员二十多名，并长期与中南大学进行粉末冶金专业的产学研合作。

并长期与中南大学、惠州学院进行产学研合作。不断引进新设备、新工艺，

实现了PM+MIM+MMC产业结构。公司坚持自主创新，积极推进知识产权

管理体系建立，持有新材料、新工艺、新设备等专利二十三项，其中发明

专利八项，实用新型专利十五项。

XHT has more than 20 years of experience in the design of powder
