硬件

泵站采用先进的可编程控制器PLC结合性能优异的触摸屏是

组合多台泵柔性组合而成的全自动排水提升泵站,能够自动的

泵站控制系统提供的标准信号有所有水泵的运行信号,故

障信号,手/自动信号(都是干接点)及液位信号输出(4~

20mA) , 系 统 提 供 标 准 的 总 的 启 停/停 止 信 号 (24VDC或

24VAC继电器)。

软件

通过传感器输送标准的4~20mA信号,可以实现1到4台水

泵的全自动控制。

手动-停止-自动三种工作模式

每台水泵都有手动-停止-自动三种工作模式,手动时可以启

动每台水泵,停止时水泵不会运行。

Equipment control

Hardware

The pumping station adopts an advanced programmable logic controller

PLC and a touch screen with excellent performances and is a fullautomatic drainage water lifting pump flexibly combined by multiple

pumps; single pump or multiple pumps can be automatically adjusted to

meet the drainage water demand according to the detected water level,

and the whole system is always kept in the best state of high efficiency

and energy saving. Programs of the control system adopt modular

design.

Controller (optional)

The controller has very high cost performance, and can fully exert its

strong function in the small automatic system, expand digital and

analogue modules, connect with the touch screen, deal with logic switch

and operation of the system, display faults, and automatically operate.

BA interface (optional)

The standard signals provided by the pumping station control system

include operating signals and fault signals of all water pumps,

manual/automatic signals (dry contacts), liquid level output signals (4~

20mA); the total standard start and stop and/stop signals (24VDC or

24VAC relay) are provided by the system.

Software

Standard 4~20mA signals are transmitted by a sensor so that 1-4 water

pumps can realize full-automatic control.

Three working modes such as manual operation-stoppage-automatic

operation

Each water pump includes the above three working modes and can start

through manual operation, and the water pump cannot operate upon

stoppage.

以下性能参数只是列举了部分供大家参考,具体的可根据

泵站使用的泵的扬程没有推荐,根据客户需求;

泵站使用的泵的数量只是推荐了常用的2台水泵(至少2

台),可以同时启动;3~4台泵的根据客户需求选型;

泵站的直径与高度不是关键,主要是泵站的有效容积,可以

根据客户的实际需要修改;

根据国家有关排水泵站的设计要求以及欧洲泵站的设计要求

综合考虑,有效容积的计算需基于最大和最小流量的需求。启

泵和停泵液位之间的有效容积应根据最多每小时6~7次数确

定。启动水位需考虑水泵运行条件。所以,泵站的有效容积只

和配套水泵的启停次数和泵站的设计流量有关。有效容积不必

拘泥于最大一台泵5分钟的流量,而只要符合公式即可,这也是

一体化泵站与传统泵站的区别,有效容积小,减少投资。

Zmax-水泵每小时最大启停次数。

Selective calculation

Only some of the following performance parameters are listed for

reference, and the specific parameters can be adjusted according to the

demand;

The lifting height of the pump used in the pumping station is not

recommended and can be adjusted according to the customer

requirements;

Only two common water pumps (at least two sets) are recommended to

be used in the pumping station and can be simultaneously started; 3-4

pumps are selected according to the customer requirements;

The diameter and height of the pumping station is not critical, because

the effective volume of the pumping station can be amended according to

the customer actual demand;

According to overall consideration of the design requirements of relevant

national drainage pumping stations and European pumping stations, the

effective volume is calculated based on the demand of the largest and

lowest flow. The effective volume between the liquid levels of pump start

and stoppage shall be confirmed according to the maximum of 6-7

times/hour. The operating conditions of the water pump need to be

considered when the water level is started. Thus the effective volume of

the pumping station is only related with the start/stop frequency of the

supporting water pump and the design flow of the pumping station. The

effective volume is not necessarily limited in the largest flow of one pump

for 5 minutes and is feasible only by meeting the formula; the integrated

pumping station has the small effective volume and low investment cost,

and thus it is different from the traditional pumping station.

Zmax-largest start/stoppage frequency of water pump for

泵站安装与调试 Installation and debugging of pumping station

准备工作

泵站安装前,地基计划必须预先准备好,与相关施工项目部

门协调沟通,做好技术交底工作,并做好下列准备:

需要现场条件的不仅仅是下面部分计划,挖掘计划也重要;

泵站施工区用于地面雨水、井点降水等积水的排水系统,应根

据泵站区地形、气象、水文、地质条件、排水量大小进行现场

布置,与排水系统相适应;

应检查并清理好基坑,研究好设备安装图,确定设备等施工

工艺,校核有关尺寸以及公差。施工过程中应建立完整的施工

质量检查程序和控制措施;

现场设备、工具以及施工材料应定点排放整齐,保持清洁、道

路畅通;

施工作业前应作业人员进行安全与技术交底,并形成文件。

注意事项

执行挖掘和泵站安装工作的时候,注意事项一点要明确。特

别要注意以下几个方面:

小心堤岸坍塌,规划中最好有地质勘探报告,了解挖掘后会

产生的后果;

尽可能采用轨道运输或机械挖掘以避免人员的危险;

坑边预留安全距离,以便设备维修;

工作范围内小心人员的安全;

起重机械下严禁站人;

电气的安装工作必须有资质的专业人士来安装。

基坑开挖

基坑开挖前应制定专项施工方案,基坑超过一定规模的应

按国际现行有关规定进行专家论证,经审查后方可施工;

基坑的开挖断面应满足设计、施工和基坑边坡稳定性的要

求;

基坑底部应采取排水措施;

基坑开挖后,应确认泵站进出水管连接管以及电缆等现场

条件具备,方可进行泵站筒体安装。

混凝土底板安装

基坑底部平整,并宜铺上一层100mm厚碎石层;

钢筋混凝土底板安装根据泵站所处地质条件和设计要求,

可选择预制施工或直接浇注;

安装在钢筋混凝土底板上的地脚螺栓应选于泵的安装。地

脚螺栓在一圈内应均匀分度安装;

钢筋混凝土底板应埋设水平,底板的上平面应抹光找平;

地脚螺栓及配件应采用防腐涂层。

Preparatory work

Before installation of the pumping station, prepare a foundation plan,

coordinate and communicate with relevant construction project

departments, complete technology disclosure and the following

preparatory work in advance:

The site conditions need to be considered in some of the following plans

and the excavation plan;

The construction region of the pumping station serves as the drainage

system of ground rainwater, well-point rainfall and gathered water, shall

be arranged on the site according to the terrains, weather, hydrology,

geological conditions and discharge magnitude of the pumping station

region, and can accommodate the drainage system;

Detect and clean foundation pits, research an equipment installation

drawing, confirm equipment construction processes, and check relevant

sizes and tolerances. During construction, establish complete

construction quality detection programs and control measures;

Tidily arrange site equipment, tools and construction materials in the

fixed points and keep them clean and roads unblocked;

Before construction, perform security and technology disclosure to

operators and form documents.

Announcements

During excavation and pumping station installation, announcements

shall be clear. Pay particular attention to the following aspects:

Be careful for bank sloughing, thus it is the best that there is a geologic

exploration report in the plan to know about consequences after

excavation;

Try to adopt rail transport or mechanical excavation to prevent personnel

from danger;

A safe distance shall be reserved at the pit side so that the device is

convenient to maintain;

Pay attention to personnel security in the working range;

Forbid anyone to stand below the hoisting machinery;

Electric installation work must be performed by qualified professionals.

Foundation pit excavation

Before foundation pit excavation, a special construction plan shall be

formulated, the foundation pit shall be demonstrated according to

relevant current international regulations when exceeding a certain

scale, and the foundation pit can be constructed upon review;

The excavated section of the foundation pit shall meet requirements of

design, construction and foundation pit slope stability;

Drainage measures shall be taken at the bottom of the foundation pit;

After foundation pit excavation, confirm connection pipes of inlet and

outlet water pipes and cables in the pumping station and other site

equipment before installing the barrel of the pumping station.

Concrete baseboards installation

Level the bottom of the foundation pit and pave one layer of rubber layers

with the thickness of 100mm;

Install the reinforced concrete baseboards through prefabricated

construction or direct pouring according to geological conditions and

design requirements of the pumping station;

Install the foundation bolts on the reinforced concrete baseboards before

installing the pump. The foundation bolts shall be uniformly installed in a

circle by indexing;

The reinforced concrete baseboards shall be horizontally buried and the

upper plane of each baseboard shall be smoothed and leveled;

An anti-corrosive coating shall be applied to the foundation bolts and the

attachments.

泵站的运输与吊装

筒体吊装应编制专项施工方案,达到或超过一定规模的危险性

较大的分部分项工程范围的吊装工程,吊装方案必须经论证。

吊装应结合说明书要求进行操作。垂直起吊筒体时,吊钩受力

应均匀。宜用起吊套索或吊绳来保护泵站和盖以免夹坏。

就位前,应用毛刷清洁水泥底板表面,确保安装面和泵安装法

兰之间没有泥土等杂物。

筒体吊装时筒体的进出口方向应与进出水管方向一致。管道连

接应在泵站进出水管加柔性接头。

筒体应垂直安装,并固定地脚螺栓。

泵站尺寸与重量如下,选择合适的吊装工具以及吊装设备。

ransportation and hoisting of pumping station

For barrel hoisting, formulate the special construction plan; for the hoisting

project which reaches or exceeds a certain scale, and is relatively great in

danger and in the division component project range, the hoisting scheme

must be demonstrated.

Hoisting shall be executed according to requirements in the instruction

book. When the barrel is vertically lifted, the stress of the lifting hook shall

be uniform. The pumping station and the cover shall be protected by lifting

lassos or lifting ropes to prevent from being damaged.

Before arriving in the place, clean the surface of the cement baseboard by

a hairbrush to ensure that soils and other sundries are absent between the

installing surface and the pump installation flange.

During barrel hoisting, the inlet and outlet direction of the barrel shall be in

accordance with the inlet and outlet water pipe direction. For pipeline

connection, flexible joints shall be arranged on the inlet and outlet pipe of

the pumping station.

Vertically install the barrel and fix the foundation bolts.

The size and weight of the pumping station is as follows and proper

hoisting tools and hoisting equipment shall be selected.

泵站安装与调试

管道安装

管路系统的管材、管件和阀门应采用防腐涂层或不锈钢等耐

腐蚀的材料,管材、管件和阀门的选用及连接方法,应符合现

行国家标准《室外排水设计规范》GB 50014和《室外给水设计

规范》GB 50013的规定。

管路系统的法兰应符合现行国家标准《钢制管法兰》GB

9112的要求,法兰压力等级大于或等于PN10。

泵站出水管宜配置止回阀和检修阀,阀门长度应符合现行国

家标准《金属阀门结构长度》GB 12221的要求,并符合下列规

定:

1、止回阀和检修阀可安装在泵站内部,亦可安装在泵站外

的阀门井内;

2、止回阀和检修阀可采用水平或垂直安装;

3、阀瓣宜采用轻质复合材料。

泵站进出水管道和外部管道应采用柔性接头连接。采用钢管

时,管道尺寸应符合国家规范《流体输送用不锈钢无缝钢管》

GB/T 14976的规定,压力等级大于或等于PN10。

Installation and debugging of pumping station

Installation of pipeline

Pipes, pipe fittings and valves of the pipeline system shall be made of the

anti-corrosive coating or the stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant

materials; selection and connection methods of pipes, pipe fittings and

valves shall meet current national standards include Design Codes for

Outdoor Drainage GB 50014 and Design Codes for Outdoor Water Supply

GB 50013.

The flanges of the pipeline system shall meet current national standard of

Steel Pipe Flanges GB 9112, and the pressure class of each flange is

more than or equal to Pn10.

A check valve and an overhauling valve shall be arranged on the outlet

pipe in the pumping station, and the length of the valve shall meet the

current national standard of Structure Length of Metal Valve GB 12221

and meet the following regulations:

1.The check valve and the overhauling valve can be installed in the

pumping station or in the valve well outside the pumping station;

2.The check valve and the overhauling valve can be horizontally or

vertically installed;

The valve clack shall be made of light-weighted composites.

Inlet and outlet pipelines and outer pipelines in the pumping station shall

be connected by flexible joints. When the steel pipe is adopted, the size

of the pipeline shall meet national regulations of Seamless Stainless

Steel Tube for Fluid Transportation GB/T 14976, and the pressure class

of the flange shall be more than or equal to PN10.

基坑回填与压实

基坑回填应在泵站筒体安装无误后进行。

回填材料宜为卵石、砂石类等,最大粒径不应超过32mm,

不得采用尖锐的填料,以免破坏筒体。

回填应分层回填,每层高度不宜超过300mm,回填土压实

应符合设计要求及现行国家标准《建筑地基基础工程施工质量

验收规范》GB 50202的有关规定。

基坑内的进出水管处回填土应压实。回填层到泵筒体距离

顶面300mm时,严禁使用夯土机等设备。

Refilling and compaction of foundation pit

The foundation pit shall be refilled after the barrel in the pumping station

is correctly installed.

Refilling materials include pebbles and gravels, the greatest particle size

is not beyond 32mm, and sharp refilling materials cannot be adopted to

prevent the barrel from being damaged.

The foundation pit shall be refilled in layers, the height of each layer is not

beyond 300mm, compaction of refilled soils shall meet the design

requirements and the current national standards of Construction Quality

Acceptance Code of Architectural Base Foundation Engineering GB

50202.

The refilled soils on inlet and outlet water pipes in the foundation pit shall

be compacted. When the distance from the refilling layer to the pump

barrel is 300mm far away from the top surface, a tamper and other

equipment shall be strictly prohibited to be used.

安装常见的弊端

地下的回填没有压紧导致进出口的管路受力,泵站内部管

道张力将作用到外部的管路;

当开始回填时,卡车将砂石物料从一边倒入导致罐体单边

受力,造成变形泄漏和损坏;

如果水泥底座不平,泵站将会不垂直安装,将会造成罐体

变形与损坏;

较大的石块坠入回填坑内,如果砸在泵站的罐体上将会损

坏罐体;

如果挖掘计划不到位就会造成其他后续工作的操作不当可

能导致安装底座移位或损坏,极有可能损坏泵站。回填的计划

不充分地下水就会产生,产生更大的浮力,会导致泵站上浮。

注:整个安装施工过程中务必派遣有胜任能力的工程师并且在

执行计划时密切关注,做好相应的记录。

运行调试

调试前应进行下列检查:

1、安装、设置是否正确,并应检查是否符合设计要求;

2、可能产生真空的管路,真空破坏阀应有足够的过流面

积,动作应准确可靠;

3、进、出水管路上的阀门应完全开启,其它装置均应处于

正常工作状态。

·机电设备安装、调试必需的供电电源的容量、电压等级、电气

保护装置应满足所安装的机电设备的要求。

·泵站调试按国家相关施工验收规范进行,分阶段进行调试。

·泵调试时应符合下列要求:

1、各固定连接部件应坚固;

2、转子及各运动部件应运转正常,无异常声响和摩擦现

象;

3、附属系统的运转正常,管道连接应牢固无渗漏;

4、泵的安全保护和电控装置及各部分仪表均应灵敏、正

确、可靠。

·泵站采用快速闸门断流且其下游侧另设有事故闸门时,应

调整其自动控制的联动配合时间,满足机组保护的设计要求,

现场操作和远方控制应可靠。

运行和维护

·泵站运行和管理应符合水泵、格栅和阀门等设备的操作规

定。

·泵站日常运行宜采用自动控制,特殊情况转为手动控制或

远程控制。

·污水和合流泵站配套粉碎型格栅宜24小时连续运行,雨水

泵站配套粉碎格栅宜采用液位计控制启停。

·泵站宜采用自然通风,并设置通风管,通风管管径不应小

于100mm。

·进入全埋于地下的一体预制泵站时,检测人员应配备移动

Common installation disadvantages

The pipelines at inlets and outlets are stressed because underground

refilled soils are not compacted, and the tension of the pipeline in the

pumping station will be applied to the outer pipeline;

When the refilling process begins to be executed, the gravels are poured

from one side by a truck, stress is exerted to the single side of the tank,

thereby resulting in deformation, leakage and damage;

If the cement base is uneven, the pumping station will be not vertically

installed, thereby resulting in deformation and damage of the tank body;

When greater stones fall into the refilling pit and fall on the tank body of

the pumping station, the tank body will be not damaged;

If the excavation plan is not proper, other subsequent operations cannot

be correctly performed and the installation pedestal will be displaced or

damaged, thereby possibly damaging the pumping station. If the refilling

plan is insufficient, groundwater will be occurred, thereby generating

greater buoyancy and rising the pumping station.

Note: during the whole construction process, dispatch competent

engineers and pay close attention to plan implementation, and complete

corresponding records.

Operation debugging

Inspect the following conditions before debugging:

1.Inspect whether installation and debugging are correct and meet the

design requirements or not;

2.Inspect the pipeline which may generate vacuum, a vacuum breaking

valve shall have the enough open area and actions shall be accurate and

reliable;

3.Valves on the inlet and outlet water pipelines shall be totally opened,

and other devices shall be in the normal operating state.

- The capacity and voltage classes of power supplies and electric

protective devices demanded during installation and debugging of the

mechanical and electrical equipment shall meet the requirements of the

installed mechanical and electrical equipment.

- The pumping station shall be debugged according to relevant national

construction inspection rules by grading.

- The pump shall meet the following requirements during debugging:

1.All fixed connection parts shall be firm;

2.Rotors and all moving parts shall operate normally, without abnormal

sounds and friction phenomena;

3.The affiliated system shall operate normally and the pipeline shall be

firmly connected without leakage;

4.The safety protection device of the pump, the electric control device of

the pump, and meters at each part shall be sensitive, correct and

reliable.

- When the pumping station is cut off by a rapid operating gate and an

emergency gate is arranged at the downstream side of the pumping

station, the linkage coordination time automatically controlled shall be

adjusted to meet the design requirements of generator protection, and

site operation and remote control shall be reliable.

Operation and maintenance

- Operation and management of the pumping station shall meet the

operating provisions of water pumps, grids, valves and the like.

- The pumping station shall be automatically controlled during daily

operation and manually or remotely controlled at the special situation.

- The matched pulverizing screen in the sewage and confluence

pumping station shall continue to operate for 24 hours; the matched

pulverizing screen in the rainwater pumping station shall be controlled to

start and stop by a liquid level meter.

- The pumping station shall adopt natural ventilation and include

ventilating pipes, and the diameter of each ventilating pipe is no less

than 100mm.

- When the detection personnel enters into the integrated prefabricated

pumping station fully buried into the ground, a mobile H2S detection

instrument shall be arranged; pay attention to the content of harmful gas,

wear masks and no smoke.

- pumping station control shall meet the regulations in current national

standard of Design Codes for General Electric Equipment Power

Distribution GB 50055.

- The pumping station control equipment shall have the functions of

automatic inspection, fault self-diagnosis, warning or automatic

protection. For the recoverable faults, the control equipment can

automatically or manually warn or recover normal operation. The control

equipment shall have the daily emptying function to prevent the bottom
