该机专业针对医用外科手套敷料贴行业自动包装而设计开发的产品。适用于医用外科口罩，手套、敷料贴、

纱布块、留置针贴、手术针线包的包装，五伺服（台达）电机驱动，可按产品外形配备全自动送料装置（预留设

计方案）。采用 EtherCAT 人机可编程控制，使整机运行程序化。整机由伺服牵引、双排送料、批号、日期、有效

期打印、冲孔、往复式热封，纵横裁切和成品输送机构组成。该机性能优越、操作简便维护方便具体以实际实施

为准。

电气特点介绍：

1.台达高端 EtherCAT 总线控制系统;

2 台达 A2 高性能伺服电机（2KW*1,1.5KW*1,0.75KW2）;

3 定制化 HMI;

4 意大利 DS 色标传感器；德国 SICK 接近开关；

5 友融自主研发张力控制系统

6 温控系统在触摸屏可自由设定(一键启动，勾选工程启用)

7 调机人员设定好工艺参数，开机之前所有条件文字提醒（防呆模式），绿灯长亮，即可启动；

8 机台柔性加速，系统拉料曲线均可系统设定（咨询厂家），无需等售后上门；可选配远程网络模块，远程解决

问题；

This machine is a product designed and developed for the automatic packaging of medical surgical gloves and

dressings in the industry. It is suitable for the packaging of medical surgical masks, gloves, dressing stickers,

gauze blocks, indwelling needle patches, and surgical sewing kits, driven by five servo (Delta) motors, and can

be equipped with a fully automatic feeding device according to the shape of the product (reserved design

scheme). EtherCATman-machine programmable control is adopted to make the whole machine run

programmatically. The whole machine is composed of servo traction, double-row feeding, batch number, date,

expiration date printing, punching, reciprocating heat sealing, vertical and horizontal cutting and finished

product conveying mechanism. The machine has superior performance, easy operation and convenient

maintenance, which is subject to actual implementation.

Introduction to electrical features:

1. Delta's high-end EtherCAT bus control system;

2 DELTA A2 HIGH-PERFORMANCE SERVO MOTORS (2KW*1, 1.5KW*1, 0.75KW2);

3. Customized HMI;

4. DS color scale sensor in Italy, SICK proximity switch in Germany;

5. Yourong independently developed the tension control system

6 The temperature control system can be set freely on the touch screen (one-key start, check the project to

enable)

7. The dispatcher sets the process parameters, and the text reminds all conditions before starting the machine

(fool-proof mode), and the green light is always on, and it can be started;

8. The machine is flexibly accelerated, and the system pulling curve can be set by the system (consult the

manufacturer), no need to wait for the after-sales door-to-door, and the remote network module can be selected

to solve the problem remotely;
