茶宴始於南北朝，興於唐代，盛於宋代。早在三國時代(西元

���—���年)，就有「密賜茶以當酒」之說，即以茶待客。雲普發茶

宴不僅以茶代酒作宴，更以茶入饌，將菜式融入頂級茶葉配搭不

同食材烹調，烹飪出各式各樣茶香四溢的佳餚。名額有限，歡迎黑

Tea banquets began in the Northern and Southern Dynasties and

flourished in the Tang Dynasty and further in the Song Dynasty. As early

as the Three Kingdoms era (���-��� A.D.), there was a saying that

“giving tea as wine” meant treating guests with tea. Yunpufa Tea

Banquet not only serves tea but also uses tea as an ingredient. The

dishes are mixed with top-grade tea leaves and cooked with different

ingredients to provide guests with various delicacies full of tea aroma.
